Jakarta-Direktorat Jenderal Bina Pembangunan Daerah (Bangda) Kementerian Dalam Negeri menerima kunjungan dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) pada Rabu, 8 Februari 2023.

Kunjungan tersebut dalam rangka untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait dengan Pembangunan Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) untuk komponen lingkup Kemendagri.

Diantaranya; Ditjen Bina Keuangan Daerah, Ditjen Bina Administrasi Kewilayahan, Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Desa, Ditjen Dukcapil, Ditjen Otonomi Daerah, Ditjen Bina Bangda, serta Pusdatin Setjen.

“Untuk melaksanakan pengumpulan data  dan informasi atas pembangunan infrastruktur Pusat Data Nasional (PDN) pada Ditjen Bina Bangda,” kata Rendy Jaya Laksamana, Analis Kebijakan AhlI Madya selaku koordinator substansi PMIPD DItjen Bina Bangda
ditemui di sela-sela kunjungan.

Diketahui, kebijakan satu data merupakan program nasional yang diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden nomor 39 Tahun 2019 tentang Satu Data Indonesia (Perpres SDI) pada 12 Juni 2019.

Menurut Rendy, kebijakan satu data penting diterapkan untuk menentukan arah pembangunan yang lebih efektif. Di sisi lain, dari sejumlah Kementerian dan Lembaga, Kemendagri telah melakukan penyempurnaan Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD) pada SIPD RI yang terdiri dari eWalidata, data perencanaan, informasi pembangunan dan analisis profil pembangunan daerah.

Terkait dengan SDI, lanjutnya, Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah pada SIPD RI telah terintegrasi dengan beberapa Kementerian dan Lembaga, seperti; SIAK Dukcapil, Kementerian ATR (Gistaru), Kemdikbud (Dapodik), BPS (Simdasi), Bappenas (Sepakat).

Data-data ini digunakan dalam penyusunan Dokumen Perencanaan Daerah (Dokrenda) sebagaimana amanat Pasal 144 Permendagri 86/2017.

“Terdapat proses validasi data melalui eWalidata yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan,pengumpulan, pemeriksaan, dan penyebarluasan yang dilaksanakan Pemda Bappeda (koordinator), Dinas Kominfo (walidata), BPS Daerah (BPS daerah), dan OPD (selaku produsen data),” ujarnya.
