*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI Bambang Soesatyo menghadiri upacara peringatan detik-detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Istana Negara dengan mengenakan pakaian adat Bali. Bamsoet mengajak seluruh kalangan masyarakat untuk memberikan penghormatan yang setinggi-tingginya kepada para pejuang bangsa yang telah mengorbankan tenaga, harta, bahkan jiwanya dalam mengantarkan rakyat Indonesia ke depan pintu gerbang kemerdekaan.

Dengan semangat Proklamasi 17 Agustus 1945, Bamsoet mengajak seluruh elemen bangsa menggelorakan semangat mewujudkan tujuan Indonesia merdeka, yaitu menjadi negara yang merdeka, bersatu, berdaulat, adil dan makmur. Serta melaksanakan amanah untuk melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia.

“Menjadi tugas dan tanggungjawab kita semua, setelah 77 tahun Indonesia merdeka, kita harus terus melahirkan generasi muda yang tangguh, unggul, bersatu, dan optimis. Sehingga memiliki kesiapan untuk meneruskan estafet kepemimpinan nasional, guna mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa menuju era Indonesia Emas 2045,” ujar Bamsoet usai menghadiri upacara peringatan detik-detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, di Istana Negara, Rabu (17/8/22).

Turut hadir Presiden Joko Widodo sebagai Inspektur Upacara, Kolonel Laut (P) Andike Sry Mutia sebagai Komandan Upacara serta Tim Paskibraka Pancasila Tangguh antara lain Komandan Paskibraka Rafly Tri Aditama, pembawa bendera Merah Putih I Dewa Ayu Firsty Meita Dewanggi, pembentang bendera Merah Putih Mario Adhiyaksa Sihombing, dan pengerek bendera Merah Putih Bramantya Rizky Wiratama. Hadir pula Wakil Presiden RI Ma’ruf Amin beserta para menteri kabinet.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, menuju Indonesia Emas tahun 2045, bangsa Indonesia akan menghadapi banyak perubahan yang mengandung peluang dan tantangan. Munculnya berbagai kecenderungan baru berskala global dengan daya dorong besar, menuntut watak politik yang lebih antisipatif dengan haluan berjangka panjang.

“Berangkat dari kenyataan seperti itu, perlu ada pemikiran untuk mengingatkan serta menunjukan peta jalan pembangunan yang lebih dapat diandalkan. Jalan pembangunan yang lebih menjamin ketahanan nasional, dengan kesanggupan untuk merealisasikan visi dan misi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Sekaligus jalan pembangunan yang lebih menjamin kesinambungan pembangunan, tanpa bergantung pada momen elektoral lima tahunan, termasuk di dalamnya pemindahan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), yang tidak boleh terhenti karena adanya penggantian kepemimpinan nasional,” jelas Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar sekaligus Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menerangkan, pembangunan IKN merupakan proyek jangka panjang. Guna mewujudkan IKN menjadi kota dunia yang berkelanjutan dengan konsep smart, green, blue city, serta hub bagi perekonomian nasional dan regional, dibutuhkan haluan negara serta konsistensi lintas pemerintahan. Tidak hanya itu, pembangunan IKN diharapkan menjadi katalis, untuk mendorong Indonesia melakukan lompatan teknologi.


“Pembentukan haluan negara yang dipatuhi oleh pemerintahan periode-periode berikutnya, menjadi aspek krusial untuk mengarahkan pembangunan, khususnya untuk mencapai visi Indonesia sebagai negara maju pada tahun 2045. Hadirnya Pokok-Pokok Haluan Negara tidak akan mengurangi sistem presidensial yang telah kita sepakati bersama. Tidak akan menimbulkan kewajiban bagi Presiden untuk mempertanggungjawabkan pelaksanaan PPHN kepada MPR. Adanya PPHN, justru akan menjadi payung ideologis dan konstitusional bagi penyusunan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional 2025 – 2045, ” pungkas Bamsoet. (*)
