SURABAYA –  Ketua Umum Gerakan Nasional Anti Narkoba, Tawuran dan Anarkis (GEPENTA), Jendral Brigjen (Purn.) Pol. DR. Parasian Simanungkalit meminta lembaga-lembaga internasional di bawah Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) agar turut mengawasi produksi Narkoba yang saat ini dilakukan oleh pemerintah China. Pengawasan ini penting mengingat di Indonesia banyak ditemui peredaran jenis-jenis narkoba berasal dari negeri Tirai Bambu.

Demikian disampaikan Parasian menanggapi kegiatan yang dilakukan Kementrian Dalam  Negeri melalui Direktorat Ketahanan Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya Direktorat Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Polpum) menggelar Sosialisasi Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN) bagi Pelajar di Surabaya, Selasa (28/11/2017).

Menurut Parasian, Indonesia sudah saatnya mengundang lembaga-lembaga Internasional di bawah PBB untuk mulai membicarakan pengawasan PBB terahadap China. Dia menjelaskan, di China produksi Narkoba itu dilakukan oleh  perusahaan Kecil dan Menengah sejenis UKM di Indonesia.

“GEPENTA siap menjadi inisiator forum-forum dialog bekerjasama dengan Kemendagri, BNN, Pemda dan Kepolisian untuk membicarakan perlunya lembaga internasional duduk bersama untuk mencari formula bagaiman mengawasi pemasaran zat-zat Narkoba dari China,” tegasnya.

Parasian menjelaskan, para produsen Narkoba di China saat ini dibolehka untuk memproduksi tapi tidak boleh menjual di dalam negeri. Karena itu, mereka mencari pasar di luar China dan Indonesia adalah pasar potensial yang menguntungkan,” paparnya.

GEPENTA mengkampanyekan perlawanan terhadap Narkoba, Tawuran dan Anarkhis ini tidak akan berhasil jika hanya mengandalkan  keterlibatan aparat pemerintah, Kemendagri dan Keplosian semata. GEPENTA mengajak seluruh rakyat semesta untuk bergerak bersama memerangi Narkoba, Tawuran dan Anarkhis-Terorisme ini.
