*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Ketua Umum Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) Bambang Soesatyo mendukung rencana kegiatan Wingday IV yang diselenggarakan Honda Tiger Club Indonesia (HTCI) di Lombok, NTB pada 9-11 Desember 2022. Selain sebagai sarana memperkuat ikatan kebangsaan, acara tersebut juga menjadi bentuk nyata dukungan komunitas motor dalam memajukan pariwisata dan ekonomi masyarakat Lombok, NTB.

“Wingday IV di NTB merupakan bagian dari kelanjutan Wingday pertama di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat pada tahun 2008, Wingday kedua di Pontianak pada tahun 2012 dan Wingday ketiga di Toraja, Sulawesi Selatan pada tahun 2016, yang seluruhnya telah berjalan sukses. Dihadiri ribuan bikers pemilik Honda Tiger dari

 

berbagai wilayah Indonesia, Wingday IV juga bisa memberikan multiplier effect economy yang besar bagi masyarakat Lombok, NTB,” ujar Bamsoet usai menerima pengurus HTCI, di Jakarta, Kamis (22/9/22).

Pengurus HTCI yang hadir antara lain Taufan Ardiansyah, Eko Jati Setyo Nugroho, M.Irwan, Chandra Wijaya, Gigih Andika, Anang Suryana dan Syahban.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, pertumbuhan anggota HTCI sangat pesat. Pada saat dideklarasikan di Bandung baru tahun 2004 lalu, jumlah anggotanya hanya sekitar 41 club dengan jumlah anggota sekitar 1.000 anggota. Pada saat ini sudah terdaftar 269 Club dengan lebih dari 10.000 anggota se-Indonesia.

 

 

“Dalam event Wingday IV di Lombok, NTB nanti, mengingat situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang masih belum reda, panitia menargetkan jumlah peserta dari berbagai club se-Indonesia hanya 1.000 orang. Dengan perhitungan dan batasan bahwa setiap club hanya dapat mengirim anggotanya sebanyak 4 orang,” jelas Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar dan Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menambahkan, selama di Lombok, NTB, peserta Wingday IV melakukan berbagai kegiatan menarik. Dari mulai touring jelajah Lombok, menikmati kesenian tradisional, bakti sosial, hingga bekerjasama dengan Dirlantas Polda NTB untuk kampanye keselamatan dan keamanan berlalu lintas, serta bekerjasama dengan BNN NTB untuk melakukan kampanye anti Narkoba.

“Touring Wingday IV akan dilakukan dengan rute start dari kantor Gubernur NTB di Kota Mataram menuju Mekaki Hill di Lombok Barat. Dilanjutkan perjalanan menuju Kuta Mandalika di Lombok Tengah, lanjut ke Sembalun RInjani di Lombok Timur, kemudian ke Lapangan Bupati di Lombok Utara serta finish di Senggigi di Lombok Barat untuk melakukan gala dinner dan ramah tamah dengan Gubernur NTB dan berbagai stakeholders terkait lainnya,” pungkas Bamsoet.
