Ketua Umum MPO KNPI Datangi KPK dan Mabes Polri, Lapor Terkait Donasi Gala Sky

Jakarta – Penggalangan dana tentang Donasi untuk Gala Sky (putra dari Alm Bibi Ardiansyah dan Alm Vanessa Angel) sempat menjadi heboh. Dikarenakan banyaknya jumlah sumbangan sampai Milyaran Rupiah kepada Gala Sky.

Namun penggalangan dana tersebut diduga rawan penyalahgunaan. Sehingga dalam hal ini Majelis Penyelamat Organisasi Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (MPO KNPI) dan Forum OKP mendatangi Mabes Polri dan KPK agar bisa audit dan mengawasi sumber sumbangan tersebut, mengingat berpotensi terjadinya TPPU

Hal ini disampaikan Lisman Hasibuan Ketua Umum MPO KNPI saat mendatangi KPK dan di terima Sama Humas KPK Suryanto Bertepatan Dengan hari Anti Korupsi Dunia, Kamis (09/12/2021) di Jakarta Selatan

“Kami tidak mencampuri donasi atau urusan keluarga, karena Donasi tersebut sangat baik. Akan tetapi kami menjaga, agar jangan ada sumbangan dari hasil korupsi dan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) yang masuk,” tegasnya.

Lisman juga sangat khawatir, ada pihak-pihak yang akan memberikan donasi dari hasil KKN. Atau katanya, dari sumber tidak jelas yang melanggar hukum.

“Kita sangat Prihatin kepada Gala Sky, jangan sampai terjadi Azas Manfaat terhadap hal ini. Apalagi Gala Sky mengalami hal yang berat diusia nya yang masih balita” tambahnya

Sekali lagi kata Lisman menegaskan bahwa, pihaknya tidak mencampuri tentang Donasi atau Jumlah Donasi-nya. Tetapi kami meminta KPK dan Pihak Kepolisian untuk mengawasi dan bahkan menindak apabila Donasi tersebut ada dari sumber yang melanggar hukum. Atau tindakan TPPU atau sejenisnya dengan situasi Aji Mumpung atau Azas Manfaat,” jelas Lisman.

Pihaknya juga dalam waktu dekat, akan ke KPAI, agar KPAI dapat menjaga dan melindungi, serta memberi perhatian penuh terhadap Gala Sky dan memastikan bahwa Gala Sky dirawat dengan baik dan Hak – Hak nya terpenuhi.

“Kami juga menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk melaporkan apabila mengetahui sumber donasi tersebut dari hasil KKN atau TPPU, dan ini semata-mata karena kepedulian kami terhadap Gala Sky,” pungkas Lisman.
