Pertemuan informal sebagai follow up dari Forum 45 Tokoh penyampai Pesan Kenegaraan pada 11 Maret 2023 di Museum Arsip Naskah Proklamasi berlangsung di Gran Melia Hotel, Kuningan, Jakarta pada 20 Maret 2023.

Hadir diantaranya Prof. Sri Edi Swasono, Sri Eko Sriyanto Galgendu, Prof. Indira Santi Kertabumi, Bambang Sulistomo, Nurrochman Urip, Budi, Prof. Sayuti Asyathri dan Prof. Yudhi Harono dengan berbagai agenda, termasuk fenomena dari kehadiran Perkumpulan Hizbullah yang dimotori oleh Prof. Sri Bintang Pamungkas, pada pertemuan 18-19 Maret 2023, di Jakarta.

Kesamaan tujuan antara Hizbullah dengan Forum Negarawan yang bergabung dalam Posko Negarawan sebagai bagian dari GMRI (Gerakan Moral Rekonsiliasi Indonesia) membahas juga dampak buruk dari kepindahan
IKN (Ibu Kota Negara) ke Penajam Kalimantan Timur itu bila terus dilaksanakan, kata Prof. Sri Edi Swasono, artinya akan memberi peluang dan memperpanjang masa penjajahan bangsa asing di Indonesia.

Sementara Nurrachman Urip, mantan Kadubes di berbagai negara mengungkap strategi bangsa dan negara Indonesia yang terbaik dalam menghadapi strategi jahat bangsa asing untuk menperdaya negara dan bangsa Indonesia, sehingga beragam kemungkinan yang bakal terjadi itu tidak membuat kerugian bagi bangsa dan negara kita, tandasnya.

Sedangkan Bambang Sulistomo tidak yakin IKN itu serius hendak dilaksanakan. Realitasnya, kata dia Presiden Joko Widodo sendiri justru minta dibuatkan rumah (jatah Presiden) untuk dirinya di Solo, tidak di Penajam, Kalimantan Timur, kata Putra Bung Tomo ini. Jadi sebenarnya Jokowi itu pun tidak ingin tinggal bersama rakyat di Penajam.

Acara yang akan diselenggarakan Forum Negarawan dalan waktu dekat itu nanti , menurut Sri Eko Sriyanto Galgendu sekalian konsolidasi serta acara buka puasa bersama untuk saling mengisi dan memantapkan strategi perjuangan dalam menyelamatkan negara dan bangsa Indonesia dari ancaman keterpurukan.⁶

Gerakan moral dalam skala nasional dan global diskui Prog. Sri Edi Swasono terasa semakin mendesak untuk dilakukan. Sehingga Indonesia dapat memiliki pemimpin yang tangguh, kuat, berani dan pintar serta berilmu yang bijak dalam menata negara dan bangsa.

Kehadiran Hizbullah yang digagas Sri Bintang Pamungkas dan kawan-kawan, kata Sayuti Asyathri pantas memohon ikut serta pasukan dari langit. Dalam variabel langit (spiritual) yang berlawanan dengan variabel bumi (material), maka kekuatan langit menjadi sangat relevan untuk dikelola dalam memberi kekuatan untuk menghadapi syetan dan dajjal di negeri ini.

Prof. Sri Edi Swasono mengamini gerakan moral secara nasional dan global, seperti halnya anak didik kita harus paham perlunya belajar merdeka, atau harus merdeka dalam proses belajar.

Dari agenda pertemuan informal ini, telah disepakati untuk kembali melakukan pertemuan besar pada 11 April 2023 yang secara teknis dan detail agenda acara dan tempatnya akan diinformasikan kemudian.

Yang penting untuk diperhatikan ujar Prof. Sri Edi Swasono pada awal berjumpa yang sudah menyatakan keberatan hatinya pada pemrakarsa acara, mrngapa acara ini harus dibuat di hotel mewah. “Mestinya, kita bisa lebih merakyat”, ujar menantu Bung Hatta ini.
