KPK Akan Bawa Segudang Bukti Dokumen Praperadilan Setya Novanto

KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) akan membawa sekitar 200 bukti dokumen pada lanjutan sidang praperadilan yang diajukan Ketua DPR Setya Novanto di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Senin (25/9).

“Sekitar 200 bukti dokumen akan mulai kami bawa pada persidangan besok. Dari bukti ini dapat ditunjukkan kuatnya konstruksi dari kasus KTP elektronik ini, termasuk indikasi keterlibatan tersangka yang sudah kami tetapkan,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Febri Diansyah, di Jakarta, Minggu.

Febri menyatakan bahwa KPK mengharapkan hakim akan mempertimbangkan secara serius bukti-bukti yang dihadirkan tersebut.

“Dalam rangkaian pembuktian beberapa hari ini juga akan dihadirkan ahli hukum pidana materiil, hukum acara pidana, dan hukum tata negara,” kata Febri.

Sebelumnya, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan melalui hakim tunggal Cepi Iskandar pada Jumat (22/9) menggelar sidang lanjutan praperadilan Setya Novanto dengan agenda pembacaan jawaban dari pihak termohon dalam hal ini KPK.

Dalam jawaban KPK itu, KPK menjelaskan bagaimana runut kronologis peran dari Setya Novanto jauh sebelum proyek itu dilaksanakan, yaitu tahun 2010, 2011, dan 2012 bahkan pasca ditetapkan proyek itu sebagai bagian dari proyek multiyears.

Selain itu, KPK juga menjelaskan bahwa penetapan Setya Novanto sebagai tersangka kasus proyek KTP elektronik sudah berdasarkan sekurang-kurangnya dua alat bukti.

Dalam sidang dengan agenda jawaban dari KPK itu, hakim tunggal juga menolak eksepsi yang diajukan KPK, sehingga Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan tetap akan melanjutkan praperadilan tersebut.

KPK telah menetapkan Ketua DPR Setya Novanto sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan paket penerapan KTP berbasis nomor induk kependudukan secara nasional (KTP elektronik) tahun 2011-2012 di Kemendagri pada 17 Juli 2017.

Setya Novanto diduga dengan tujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi menyalahgunakan kewenangan, kesempatan atau sarana yang ada padanya karena kedudukannya atau jabatannya sehingga diduga mengakibatkan kerugian negara sekurang-kurangnya Rp2,3 triliun dari nilai paket pengadaan sekitar Rp5,9 triliun dalam paket pengadaan KTP elektronik pada Kemendagri.

Setya Novanto disangka melanggar pasal 2 ayat (1) atas pasal 3 UU No. 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU No. 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Korupsi jo pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. (Ant)
