KPK Segera Umumkan Tersangka Baru Kasus KTP-e

KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) segera mengumumkan tersangka baru kasus korupsi dalam pengadaan paket penerapan KTP berbasis nomor induk kependudukan secara nasional (KTP-e).

“Oh iya, itu kan beberapa jam, bisa jadi 48 jam tetapi kita tunggu saja,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK Saut Situmorang di sela upacara peringatan Hari Pahlawan di gedung KPK, Jakarta, Jumat.

Ia menegaskan bahwa putusan praperadilan Setya Novanto di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan tidak menghentikan lembaga terus menindaklanjuti penyidikan kasus korupsi dalam pengadaan KTP-e.

Sebelumnya KPK membenarkan telah mengeluarkan surat perintah penyidikan (sprindik) baru dalam pengembangan perkara korupsi KTP-e. Juru bicara KPK Febri Diansyah mengatakan pada Selasa (7/11) bahwa KPK sudah memiliki lebih dari dua bukti terkait tersangka baru itu

“Sudah ada bukti permulaan yang cukup atau minimal dua alat bukti. Kami yakin punya lebih dua alat bukti,” tuturnya.

Ketika dikonfirmasi apakah sprindik baru terkait perkara KTP-e untuk Setya Novanto, Febri mengatakan: “Saat ini kami belum bisa sampaikan secara rinci tetapi kami konfirmasi dulu benar ada proses penyidikan, benar sudah ada tersangka baru dalam kasus KTP-elektronik ini. Namun siapa, perannya apa saja, dan rincian lebih lanjut nanti akan kami sampaikan secara lebih lengkap pada konferensi pers yang akan kami umumkan.”

Sebelumnya beredar foto surat dengan kop dan cap KPK bernomor B-619/23/11/2017 perihal pemberitahuan dimulainya penyidikan tertanggal 3 November 2017.

Di dalam surat itu disebutkan bahwa pada Selasa, 31 Oktober 2017 telah dimulai penyidikan perkara tindak pidana korupsi dalam pengadaan paket penerapan Kartu Tanda Penduduk berbasis nomor induk kependudukan secara nasional (KTP Elektronik) tahun 2011-2012 di Kementerian Dalam Negeri yang diduga dilakukan Setya Novanto bersama-sama dengan Anang Sugiana Sudihardjono, Andi Agustinus alias Andi Narogong, Irman selaku Direktur Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kemendagri dan Sugiharto selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) Dirjen Dukcapil Kemendagri dan kawan-kawan.

Surat ditujukan kepada Setya Novanto di Jalan Wijaya XIII No 19, Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan dan ditandatangani oleh Direktur Penyidikan KPK Aris Budiman.

Setya Novanto pernah ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka kasus proyek KPK-e pada 17 Juli 2017 lalu. Namun Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan melalui Hakim Tunggal Cepi Iskandar pada 29 September 2017 mengabulkan gugatan praperadilan Setya Novanto dan menyatakan bahwa penetapannya sebagai tersangka tidak sesuai prosedur.
