Kunjungan Presiden Berjalan Lancar, Danrem 064/MY Apresiasi Satgas Pengamanan

SERANG,- Komandan Korem (Danrem) 064/Maulana Yusuf Brigjen TNI Tatang Subarna mengapresiasi peran Satuan Tugas pengamanan (Satgas PAM) Wilayah yang telah berhasil menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan selama kunjungan kerja Presiden RI, Joko Widodo di Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten.

Diketahui, kunjungan orang nomor satu di Indonesia tersebut, Selasa (11/4/2023) dalam rangka meninjau fasilitas dan kesiapan Pelabuhan Merak jelang arus mudik lebaran.

“Sesuai dengan Undang-undang nomor 34 tahun 2004, TNI berperan dalam rangka operasi militer selain perang atau OMSP, dan TNI juga harus bisa menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan Presiden,” kata Danrem.

Menurutnya, pelaksanaan pengamanan kunjungan RI tersebut sudah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur tetap atau protap yang sudah diberlakukan.

“Sehingga Alhamdulillah pengamanan itu bisa berjalan secara maksimal. Keselamatan Presiden tentu itu prioritas utama kami,” jelasnya.

Sebagai Dansatgas PAM Wil VVIP, Brigjen TNI Tatang Subarna mengungkapkan jika pelaksanaan kunjungan yang dilakukan oleh Presiden di wilayah teritorialnya saat ini, bisa berjalan dengan aman dan lancar.

“Oleh sebab itu, saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada semua pihak,” tandasnya.

Turut hadir mendampingi Presiden RI dalam meninjau fasilitas dan kesiapan arus mudik yakni Panglima TNI Laksamana Yudo Margono dan Panglima Kodam III/Siliwangi Mayjen TNI Kunto Arief Wibowo.***
