KESBANG.COM, TEMANGGUNG –  Sedikitnya seratus foto yang memuat berbagai benda serta situs bersejarah yang tersebar di berbagai kecamatan di Kabupaten Temanggung dipamerkan selama enam hari mulai tanggal 2-7 Oktober 2017 di Pendopo Pengayoman.

Beberapa foto yang dapat dilihat secara gratis oleh masyarakat di antaranya Situs Sumur Blandung yang terletak di Desa Tegowanuh Kecamatan Kaloran, Situs Gumuk Candi di Desa Bagusan Kecamatan Parakan, Batu Gambar Wayang di Desa Gondosuli Kecamatan Bulu.

Kemudian foto lumpang batu, Prasasti Mantyasih, Watu Tledek, sarkofagus atau kubur batu, lingga dan yoni, arca candi, kamuncak candi, batu ambang, banaspati (kala), Situs Liyangan, Candi Pringapus, serta Umbul Jumprit.

Panitia sekaligus peneliti serta pakar sejarah Kabupaten Temanggung, Hendro Martono menjelaskan, foto benda serta lokasi sejarah yang dipamerkan sejatinya merupakan foto-foto yang dieksplorasi oleh para pelajar serta guru tingkat SMP hingga SMA/SMK saat digelar kegiatan lawatan pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2017 silam.

“Lawatan itu diikuti oleh 300 peserta yang terbagi ke dalam dua kloter. Nah, hasil foto yang mereka peroleh ini kita pamerkan. Termasuk di dalamnya beberapa foto yang dimiliki oleh panitia,” jelasnya usai acara Seminar Kesejarahan di Pendopo Pengayoman, Senin (2/10) siang.

Ia berharap dengan digelarnya pameran ini, masyarakat, khususnya pelajar asal Kabupaten Temanggung semakin sadar dan mencintai pentingnya sejarah yang tak lain merupakan hasil karya serta peninggalan masyarakat di masa lampau.

Bukan tanpa alasan, ia menilai bahwa belakangan ini sudah banyak warga di berbagai wilayah yang kurang memiliki kepedulian terhadap benda bersejarah. Bahkan, beberapa di antara situs diketahui telah dalam kondisi rusak.

“Termasuk warga di lokasi situs tersebut berada seperti kurang peduli atas keberadaannya,” sesalnya.

Lebih jauh ia membeberkan, dari 20 kecamatan di Kabupaten Temanggung, sejauh ini terdapat 18 wilayah yang menjadi kantong persebaran temuan artefak. Selebihnya, di dua kecamatan, yakni Bejen dan Wonoboyo belum pernah terkuak satu pun temuan benda peninggalan kuno.

“Ada satu temuan artefak kuno yang cukup menarik. Yakni Prasasti Rukam di Desa Petarangan Kecamatan Kledung. Di dalam prasasti tersebut ditulis bahwa terdapat sebuah desa yang hilang akibat letusan gunung. Banyak peneliti yang menghubung-hubungkannya dengan Situs Liyangan di Kecamatan Ngadirejo. Namun, melihat Desa Petarangan terletak di kaki Gunung Sumbing, persepsi ini agak meragukan mengingat Situs Liyangan berada di bawah Gunung Sindoro. Artinya masih ada sebuah misteri dimana terdapat desa yang terpendam. Hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang tertuang dalam prasasti tersebut,” pungkasnya. (dnx)
