*BANDUNG* – Ketua MPR RI Bambang Soesatyo sekaligus pendiri maskapai penerbangan Cargo Black Stone Airline (Asia Cargo Network Group), menegaskan pesawat produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia tidak kalah dengan pesawat pabrikan luar negeri, seperti Boeing ataupun Airbus. Karenanya, kementerian ataupun pihak swasta diminta tidak ragu menggunakan pesawat produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan operasional.

“Sesuai anjuran Presiden Joko Widodo kita harus mencintai serta menggunakan produk-produk dalam negeri. Sehingga, mampu menaikan tingkat konsumsi dalam negeri serta mengoptimalkan pasar dalam negeri dan daya beli masyarakat untuk mendongkrak perekonomian nasional,” ujar Bamsoet saat berkunjung ke PT Dirgantara Indonesia, di Bandung, Sabtu (23/7/22).

Jajaran PT Dirgantara Indonesia hadir antara lain Dirut Gita Amperiawan, Direktur Keuangan Wildan Arief, Kadiv Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Produksi Roniawan, Sekretaris Perusahaan Irlan Budiman, Kadiv Perakitan dan Integrasi Pesawat Terbang Baggas Afianto, Kadiv Detail Part Manufacturing Rizki Harimulyo, Kadiv Perawatan dan Modifikasi Yudi, Kadiv Penjualan Palmana Banandi serta Kadiv Pemasaran Ibnu Bintarto.

Kepala Badan Polhukam Kamar Dagang & Industri (KADIN) Indonesia menjelaskan, PT Dirgantara Indonesia telah mampu memproduksi berbagai jenis pesawat terbang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan maskapai penerbangan sipil, operator militer ataupun kebutuhan misi khusus. Pesawat tersebut dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan pertanian, militer, evakuasi medis, surveilans hingga kebutuhan search and rescue.

“Sejak berdiri di tahun 1976, PT Dirgantara Indonesia telah mampu memproduksi sebanyak 465 pesawat berbagai tipe. Antara lain, CN-235, CN-295, NC-212 serta N-219 Nurtanio. Sementara, untuk helikopter sudah diproduksi Superpuma, Bell 412EP, AS-550 dan AS-565 MBE. Pesawat produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia tidak hanya digunakan dalam negeri saja, tetapi sudah banyak digunakan di negara lain, seperti Malaysia, Philipina, Vietnam, Thailand, Brunai Darussalam, Korea Selatan, Nepal, Pakistan, Senegal, Turki, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Venezuela serta Uni Eropa Arab,” kata Bamsoet.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini mendorong PT Dirgantara Indonesia agar memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar untuk menyuplai kebutuhan material pembuatan pesawat. Kebutuhan material seperti baling-baling, baut serta material lainnya yang bisa diproduksi melalui industri rumahan dapat dikerjakan masyarakat sekitar.

“Saatnya PT Dirgantara Indonesia memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar dengan terlibat dalam pembuatan kebutuhan material pesawat yang diproduksi. Tentunya, dengan pembinaan dan pengawasan dari PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Bukan tidak mungkin nanti misalnya ada kampung baling-baling, kampung baut, atau kampung komponen lainnya,” urai Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar ini menambahkan, Blackstone Airlines tengah menjajaki pembelian satu pesawat CN-235 untuk keperluan pengiriman cargo dan logistik. Sebab, selama ini pengiriman kargo kendaraan roda empat masih mengandalkan kapal laut.

“Penggunaan pesawat produksi dalam negeri tentu akan berdampak besar bagi perekonomian nasional. Pemasukan dari pembelian pesawat, pajak dan lain-lain pada ujungnya akan menjadi peningkatan penerimaan negara dan menjadi penyangga perekonomian nasional di tengah krisis pasca pandemi covid-19. Dari segi keamanan sendiri, menggunakan produk dalam negeri jauh lebih safety dari kebocoran atau pencurian data strategis nasional. Juga terhindar pada ketergantungan impor komponen, perawatan dan lain-lain,” pungkas Bamsoet. (*)
