Binnjai.kesbang.com-Dalam rangka pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pemasyarakatan, maka penyelenggaraan Sistem Pemasyarakatan saat ini membutuhkan petugas Asesor dalam menjalankan proses Asesmen Risiko dan Kebutuhan terhadap Narapidana dan Klien Pemasyarakatan.

Yang Dalam Kesempatan ini, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Binjai mengadakan Assessment Assesor yang bekerjasama dengan HIMPSI (Himpunan Psikologi) Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Yang diikuti oleh seluruh Petugas dilingkungan Lapas Kelas IIA Binjai, bertempat di Aula Lapas. Selasa (27/12/2022)

Petugas Asesor yang pada mulanya dilaksanakan oleh Jabatan Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di Bapas, saat ini tugas tersebut juga didelegasikan kepada Petugas Lapas/Rutan agar dapat terlaksana percepatan pelaksanaan Asesmen Risiko dan Kebutuhan bagi Narapidana dan Klien Pemasyarakatan.

Menciptakan situasi nyaman adalah faktor penting yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang asesor merupakan teknik yang harus dilakukan agar warga binaan bisa terbuka. Memposisikan diri sejajar dengan warga binaan juga dan melepas atribut sebagai petugas lapas juga merupakan hal penting untuk bisa membuat warga binaan mau terbuka dengan asesor. (ruben)
