PADANG – Ketua Umum Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia (Korpri) Nasional, Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, SH, MH menyatakan MTQ Korpri diharapkan menjadi brandingnya Korpri dan brandingnya ASN.

 

Hal itu diungkapkan Prof Zudan dalam sambutannya saat acara launching Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) VI Korpri Tingkat Nasional tahun 2022 di Padang, Rabu (24/8/2022).

Mengapa lauching di bulan Agustus penyelenggaraan di bulan November?

“Kita tahu semua, tingkat keimanan para ASN kadang naik banyak turunnya. Godaannya banyak, maka upaya untuk merawat kita bangun terus. Ikhtiar untuk saling mengingatkan,” kata Dirjen Dukcapil Kemendagri ini.

Jadi, terangnya, kegiatan MTQ ini cabangnya banyak dan menjadi media untuk meningkatkan keimanan para ASN. Hal ini menurutnya penting untuk bersama-sama terus saling menjaga Korps.

“Maka inilah kita kenapa kita menjaga di setiap tahun genap MTQ. Jadi program kita MTQ Nasional bersama Korpri Daerah tahun genap itu MTQ, tahun ganjil itu Pekan Olahraga Nasional,” terangnya.

Prof. Zudan berharap dukungan dari Kementerian Agama, para ahli, para kiai, para ulama karena kita nanti akan mendatangkan 100 ahli Quran untuk menjadi dewan hakim dan dewan pengarah karena cabangnya banyak.

 

 

Prof. Zudan menjelaskan, MTQ I di Makassar tahun 2012. Kemudian di Banda Aceh menjadi ketua pada 2014. “Saya sebagai ketua umum menyelenggarakan MTQ III di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. MTQ IV 2018 di Jakarta,” ungkapnya.

Pada MTQ V tahun 2020, lanjutnya, karena suasana pandemi diselenggarakan secara online. Kemudian pada 2021 diselenggarakan lagi secara online di Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara, dan Insya Allah tahun ini di Kota Padang secara offline.

“Selama periode kepengurusan Korpri dari 2015 sampai sekarang, kita 4 kali MTQ Nasional offline dan satu kali online,” tuturnya.

MTQ di Padang Sumatera Barat dengantema “Korpri Mengaji, Korpri Berbakti, Korpri Berkontribusi Untuk Indonesia Mulia”, direncanakan bakal digelar bulan November nanti, dengan mempertandingkan 9 jenis cabang antara lain cabang Tilawah, Hafalan Alquran, Kaligrafi, Dakwah Alquran, Tartil Alquran, Doa dan Adzan.

 

“Saya juga sangat berharap dukungan dari seluruh kementerian lembaga Provinsi Kabupaten Kota untuk menyiapkan Qori Qoriyah terbaik dan seluruh peserta lainnya. Harapan saya ini menjadi penguat dan membangun karakter, membangun ASN yang memiliki jiwa dan professional yang tinggi, semangat bekerja dengan semangat Qurani, mencintai Negara mencintai sesama,” ujarya.

Pada kesempatan itu, Prof Zudan juga minta seluruh ASN anggota Korpri dimanapun berada jangan pernah lupa tugas untuk melakukan branding terhadap Negara, dan marketing terhadap seluruh ikhtiar kita.

 

Terkait hal, menurut Ptof Zudan, semangat Sumatera Barat sejalan dengan semangat yang dikembangkan di Korpri.

Yaitu membangun branding dan melakukan marketing terus menerus penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Indonesia

 

“Dan ini Sumatera Barat branding nya kuat. Siapa yang tidak kenal Moh. Hatta. Siapa yang tidak kenal Hikayat Malin Kundang, itu di Sumatera Barat,” tandasnya.

Kalau di Jakarta, lanjutnya, semua orang tahu jalan Rasuna Said itu orang Sumatera Barat. Kemudian, kalau kita kenal Ngarai Sihanok itu di Sumatera Barat, Jam Gadang di Sumaters Barat, masakan Padang juga itu di Sumatera Barat.

“Dan branding masakan Padang itu masakan yang terbaik di dunia. Saya sudah berkeliling ke Amerika beli bistik 20 menit, di Turki beli

 

Kebab 15 menit. Saya datang ke Jepang dan Korea beli sushi sasimi 7 menit. Saya datang lagi ke Belanda beli hamburger 12 menit. Saya masuk rumah makan belum pesan makanan sudah jadi,” ungkapnya.

“Ketika masuk langsung disediakan, kita langsung makan. Itu brandingnya kuat sekali. Jadi, kalau orang masuk ke rumah makan Padang pasti dia ingin makan makanan Padang” imbuhnya.

 

Prof. Zudan menegaskan, dalam mengajak jangan tanggung-tanggung. Branding yang sudah ada seperti Jam Gadang, Masjid Raya, Hikayat Malin Kundang, Seni Budaya, makanan tayangkan.

“Bayangkan, ketika semua kekayaan Padang kita kita branding dengan kuat, diiklankan lewat Tik Tok, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook. Dari 18 ribu ambil saja separuhnya yang punya handphone setiap pagi brandingkan Sumatera Barat, Ngarai Sihanok, Danau Singkarang, kepala kakap, kain sungket, Iklankan. Tayangkan 9000 iklan gratis.
