Libur Panjang, Puluhan Siswa SD Ikuti Khitan Massal

TEMANGGUNG – Sebanyak 60 siswa SD/MI se Kabupaten Temanggung mengikuti kegiatan khitan massal di komplek SMK Ezzul Moslem Gondosuli Bulu, Minggu (27/12). Kegiatan terebut digelar oleh Yayasan Ezzul Moslem bekerjasama dengan Mandiri Amal Insani (MAI) Foudation  dan Kimia Farma.

Ketua panitia khitan massal anak Indonesia 2017, Nur Makhsun mengatakan, animo masyarakat mengikuti khitan massal cukup bagus, dari 60 peserta tersebut tidak hanya warga yang berada wilayah Bulu saja, namun juga tersebar dari berbagai kecamatan yang ada di  Temanggung, seperti dari Kecamatan Pringsurat, Kandangan, Kaloran, Kedu dan Kecamatan lainya. Bahkan, ada juga yang datang dari luar kota, yakni; dari Grabag Magelang dan Wonosobo.

“Dengan kegiatan khitan massal ini, saya berharap bisa meningkatkan kualitas generasi muda, membantu mereka yang secara ekonomi belum beruntung dan sekaligus untuk syiar islam,” ucap Makhsun.

Perwakilan MAI Foundation, Chalfinoer  menuturkan, kegiatan khitan massal ini digelar di berbagai provinsi di Indonesia, dianataranya; Jawa Tengah, Jawa  Timur, Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta,  Sumatra Utara, Sumatra Barat, Sumatra Selatan, Bangka Belitung, Bali, Kalimantan Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Papua.

“Di tahun 2017 ini ada 1900 anak di seluruh Indonesia yang kita khitan, Jawa Tengah ini merupakan putaran terakhir. Kedepan, agenda ini kita jadikan agenda tahunan,” janjinya.

Semenatara itu, Manajer Bagian Mutu dan Pemasaran (BMP) PKU Muhammadiyah  Temanggung, Min Adadiyah selaku rumah sakit yang mendapat tugas melakukan tindakan medis khitan menuturkan, dalam khitan  massal kali ini pihaknya menerjunkan 20 personel, yang terdiri tenaga medis, paramredis, apoteker dan petugas back up (sterilisasi alat, administrasi dan humas).

“Kami (PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung, red)  punya komitmen untuk bisa bekerja sama dengan pihak manapun untuk kesehatan dan kesejahteraan umum,”  ucap Mimin-sapaan- Min Adadiyah.

Mimin menambahkan, selain melaksanakan tugas khitan massal kepada 60 anak. “Disela kegiatan hari ini (kemarin, red), kami juga membagikan 20 paket sembako untuk dibagikan  kepada dhuafa di sekitar lokasi kegiatan,” pungkasnya.  (dnx).
