Survei Litbang Kompas pada akhir Januari 2022 menunjukkan, kepuasan publik terhadap kinerja pemerintahan Joko Widodo-Ma’ruf Amin mencapai 73,9 persen atau meningkat dari 66,4 persen berdasarkan survei serupa pada Oktober 2021. Capaian angka tersebut bahkan tertinggi dibandingkan survei-survei serupa sejak Januari 2015 atau di awal masa pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi.
Peningkatan itu selaras dengan kepuasan publik yang meningkat pada empat bidang, yakni politik dan keamanan (meningkat 6,8 persen), penegakan hukum (5,3 persen), ekonomi (6,1 persen), serta kesejahteraan sosial (9,7 persen). Kepuasan tertinggi berada di bidang kesejahteraan sosial (78,3 persen) serta politik dan hukum (77,6) persen. Survei dilakukan melalui wawancara tatap muka pada 17-30 Januari kepada 1.200 responden. Tingkat kepercayaan mencapai 95 persen dengan margin of error pada 2,8 persen.
Dari berbagai bidang yang disurvei oleh Litbang Kompas tersebut, bidang perekonomian terlihat paling sedikit mengalami peningkatan, yakni hanya pada kisaran 60, 4 persen, lalu bagaimana hal itu bisa terjadi, adakah karena adanya beberapa kebijakan Pemerintahan Jokowi yang dianggap salah, hingga partisipasi publik terasa melemah dan mengalami ketidak puasan dalam hal percepatan gerak pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah?.
Sebagian orang menengarai adanya persoalan itu, di antaranya kemungkinan besar adalah adanya kekecewaan masyarakat akan kebijakan Pemerintahan Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin seperti Omnibuslaw UU Cipta Kerja, JHT yang baru bisa diambil saat usia 56 tahun, pandemi Covid-19 yang berkepanjangan menciptakan pengangguran dan maraknya PHK, serta yang terbaru langkanya minyak goreng dengan HET dan produsen tahu dan tempe mogok selama tiga hari (21-23 Februari 2022).
Hal yang demikian akhirnya berbuntut pada kekecewaan sebagian masyarakat yang celakanya kemudian malah diperparah oleh hadirnya politisi-politisi yang selama ini bersebrangan dengan Pemerintahan Jokowi-MA, dan menggoreng kekecewaan masyarakat itu dengan isu-isu hoax seperti Pemerintah yang lebih pro ke pengusaha dan asing daripada pro ke buruh dan rakyat kecil. Tentu saja dengan keadaan yang demikian, politik menjadi agak terguncang yang mengakibatkan laju perekonomian negarapun sulit untuk maju dengan pesat.
Kendatipun demikian, dibanding dengan beberapa negara lainnya, kita patut bersyukur bahwa badai Covid-19 dengan berbagai variannya yang baru masih dapat diantisipasi dengan baik oleh Pemerintahan Jokowi-MA, dan tidak seperti dengan berbagai negara di belahan bumi lainnya, banyak yang jatuh dalam krisis ekonomi yang dahsyat.
Maka di tengah prahara Covid-19 dengan varian baru Omicron ini kita masih menyaksikan masyarakat yang tenang, seperti merasa tidak terlalu terpengaruh oleh sedikit lambatnya peningkatan perekonomian negara sebagai dampak dari adanya pandemi Covid-19, hingga kita lihat masyakat tidak menjadi gaduh karena kesulitan ekonomi, melainkan malah gaduh karena berbagai persoalan ideologi kaum konservatif agama yang menjadi bahan tertawaan di tengah masyarakat.
Perlahan tapi pasti perekonomian negara mulai bangkit bergerak maju, kesejahteraan sosial akan semakin meningkat, jika sudah demikian percayalah segala jenis ideologi yang datang dari luar dengan tujuan untuk memporak-porandakan persatuan dan kesatuan nasional tak akan pernah mendapatkan tempatnya di hati masyarakat.
Pemerintahan Jokowi-MA telah dibentengi oleh berbagai jenderal dan teknokrat yang sangat berpengalaman, mulai dari Kepala KSP hingga menteri-menterinya merupakan orang-orang pilihan Presiden Jokowi yang disiplin dan terlatih menghadapi badai, siapapun yang berusaha menghambat kemajuan negeri ini akan terpental dan malu sendiri. Itulah mengapa Rocky Gerung, Rizal Ramli, Haikal Hasan, Faisal Basri hingga SBY pada akhirnya harus sibuk mengklarifikasi berbagai nyinyirannya sendiri…(SHE).
