Menaker Hanif Dhakiri di acara BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Futsal Challenge (BFC) 2017 di Jakarta, Minggu, mengatakan tantangan lain dari kemajuan teknologi adalah penggunaan mesin produksi yang dapat menggantikan pekerja hingga 4000 pada satu unit mesin. Hanif mengatakan dirinya sedang merayu sejumlah perusahaan agar jangan cepat-cepat menggunakan mesin tersebut karena akan berdampak pada pemutusan hubungan kerja massal. Para pengusaha sudah mengingatkan bahwa jika menggunakan mesin lebih efisien, tidak ada keluhan, tidak ada demo dan faktor-faktor kemanusiaaan lainnya Dalam kondisi demikian, Hanif mengingatkan pekerja/buruh untuk mensyukuri kenaikan upah yang sudah diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 tentang Pengupahan yang memberi kepastian upah buruh naik setiap tahun. Di sisi lain, PP tersebut juga memberi kepastian kepada pengusaha atas besaran biaya pengupahan (labour cost) yang harus mereka siapkan setiap tahun. Kepastian tersebut memberi ketenangan berusaha dan meminimalisir pemutusan hubungan kerja. “Kondisi ini harus kita syukuri bersama,” ujar Hanif. Kekurangan lain dari sistem pengupahan tersebut bisa ditutupi dengan memberi kemudahan dan fasilitas lain kepada buruh, seperti perlindungan dari risiko kerja, seperti jaminan kecelakaan, kematian, hari tua dan jaminan pensiun dengan segala kemudahaannya seperti diskon belanja dan kepemilikan rumah dengan bunga rendah. Dia mengimbau semua pengusaha untuk menyertakan pekerjanya dalam BPJS Ketenagakerjaan karena sifatnya wajib dan diatur dalam peraturan perundaangan. Dirut BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Agus Susanto di kesempatan yang sama menyatakan pihaknya juga mengajak pengusahan “on line” untuk menyertakan pekerjanya dalam jaminan sosial. Terakhir BPJS-TK melakukan sosialisasi program jaminan sosial kepada 4000 pelaju Gojek sebagai lanjutan program sebelumnya di Jakarta Timur. Tampil sebagai juara 1 BFC 2017 yang diikuti 40 tim dari perusahaan dan media massa, yakni tim futsal PLN, Juara 2 NET TV, Juara 3 AHM Sunter dan juara 4 FIF Terkait pelaksanaan BFC 2017 yang menjadi bagian dari perayaan HUT BPJS Ketenagakerjaan ke-40 pada 5 Desember nanti, Agus mengatakan akan memperbesar kompetisi tersebut dengan melibatkan lebih banyak tim dari swasta dan pemerintah “Kami ingin pertandingan ini menjadi sarana sosialisasi dan juga silaturahim antar sesama peserta, penyelenggara dan pengawas jaminan sosial agar hubungan menjadi lebih guyub dan melahir “trust” (saling percaya) pada program jaminan sosial,” kata Agus.
