JAKARTA – Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian menjelaskan berbagai capaian strategis dan prestasi yang berhasil diraih Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) selama Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2021 dalam Rapat Kerja bersama Komisi II DPR RI. Rapat bertajuk “Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program dan Anggaran Tahun 2021” ini berlangsung secara daring dan luring dari kompleks parlemen Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (5/4/2022).

Mendagri menuturkan, berbagai prestasi dimaksud diantaranya adalah penghargaan yang diberikan Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu), yang menetapkan Kemendagri sebagai peringkat 1 dari 20 kementerian/lembaga, atas Nilai Kinerja Anggaran kategori Pagu Sedang, dan peringkat 4 dari 87 kementerian. Perolehan peringkat 1 itu merupakan prestasi Kemendagri yang berhasil diraih selama 2 tahun berturut-turut.

Prestasi dan penghargaan lainnya, yakni keberhasilan Kemendagri meraih peringkat III dalam gelaran Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Award. Penghargaan itu diberikan atas capaian Kemendagri dalam Perencanaan Kebutuhan, Pelayanan Pengadaan, Kepangkatan dan Pensiun. Selain itu, Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) juga memberikan Penghargaan Anugerah Parahita Ekapraya kategori Mentor kepada Mendagri.

“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pimpinan dan anggota Komisi II DPR RI, atas segala kerja keras sebagai mitra yang telah mengawasi kami, sekaligus membimbing kami, sehingga memotivasi kami untuk bekerja lebih maju,” ujar Mendagri.

Penghargaan juga diberikan berbagai pihak kepada sejumlah komponen Kemendagri. Misalnya, penghargaan yang diberikan Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Jakarta IV Kemenkeu kepada Inspektorat Jenderal (Itjen) Kemendagri karena berhasil meraih peringkat I Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Satker terbaik kategori Pagu besar. Tak hanya itu, berbagai penghargaan lainnya juga turut diterima Kemendagri baik di bidang inovasi pelayanan publik maupun dibidang lainnya.

 

 

Dalam kesempatan itu, Mendagri juga memaparkan berbagai capaian kinerja yang telah dilakukan Kemendagri baik dalam realisasi anggaran maupun capaian strategis per unit kerja eselon I di lingkungan Kemendagri selama TA 2021.

Pada bagian lain, menanggapi pertanyaan anggota Komisi II, Mendagri juga menjelaskan jalannya kegiatan Silaturahmi Nasional (Silatnas) Asosiasi Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (Apdesi) yang berlangsung di Istora pada Selasa (29/3/2022). Forum tersebut digelar untuk menyampaikan aspirasi kepala desa kepada pemerintah pusat, khususnya dalam mendukung pembangunan desa.

Aspirasi itu diantaranya kebutuhan anggaran operasional kepala desa, perubahan periode pemberian gaji dari tiga bulanan menjadi sebulan sekali, peningkatan jumlah Dana Desa, dan beberapa aspirasi lainnya. Berbagai aspirasi itu kemudian direspons Presiden Joko Widodo dan sebagian besar akan dipenuhi.

Mendagri mengaku ingat betul bagaimana rangkaian acara forum tersebut berjalan, mulai dari pembukaan hingga penutupan. Dirinya memastikan tidak ada deklarasi dukungan terhadap Presiden Jokowi untuk melanjutkan masa jabatannya menjadi tiga periode.

“Saya ingat betul rangkaiannya, karena saya ada di situ,” terang Mendagri.

Teriakan tiga periode itu hanya muncul di luar tempat kegiatan ketika Presiden Jokowi hendak meninggalkan lokasi acara. Presiden pun tidak terlalu menanggapi teriakan tersebut. Mendagri menilai, teriakan itu hanya spontanitas dari beberapa peserta.

“Pak Jokowi hanya senyum bsaja, kemudian masuk mobil,” terangnya.
