*SOSOK H. ABDUS SALAM ALAMSYAH, SE* – Menjadi seorang politisi dan terjun kedua politik bukanlah cita-cita H. Abdus Salam Alamsyah, SE yang pernah maju sebagai Calon Bupati Kabupaten Jember 2020-2024. Apalagi dipilih menjabat Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Amanat Nasional (DPD PAN) Kabupaten Jember periode 2021-2026 yang tidak pernah ada dibenaknya.

H. Abdus Salam Alamsyah, SE atau yang biasa disapa Cak Salam ini, malahan maju sebagai Bakal Calon Legislatif Partai Amanat Nasional (Bacaleg PAN) DPR RI Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) IV Kabupaten Jember dan Lumajang. Semua ini tidak lepas dari dorongan dari teman, karyawan, keluarga dan kerabatnya untuk terus membangun Kabupaten Jember dan Lumajang, lebih maju di bidang perekonomian, usaha kecil menengah (UKM) dan kesejahteraan.

dan pengusaha muda yang masuk jajaran pengusaha nasional ini adalah sosok pria kelahiran Jember, 10 Mei 1983.

 

Cak Salam merupakan anak kedua dan anak laki-laki satu satunya di antara tiga saudara dari keluarga buruh tani pasangan Abdul Fatah dan Saidah. Cak Salam saat kecil hidup sangat sederhana dan apa adanya.

“Karena kondisi keluarga saya waktu itu pas-pasan dan prihatin, saya terpaksa harus terbiasa menahan lapar, lantaran tak ada yang bisa dimakan. Pekerjaan Ayah Ibu saya waktu itu hanya buruh serabutan yang penghasilan orang tua tidak menentu,” terangnya mengenang masa lalu yang penuh perjuangan.

Kata Cak Salam, kadang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, ibunya harus hutang terlebih dahulu ke tetangga sekitar. Dan Cak Salam kecil saat itu sering disuruh mencari kayu bakar untuk memasak.

Pernah satu ketika dirinya disuruh ambil kayu di hutan. Ternyata Ibunya menyuruhnya, agar Ibunya bisa ada waktu mengutang ke tetangga sekitar. Pada saat pulang Ibunya ternyata tidak ada, karena masih mencari utangan.

“Terlepas dari itu semua hanyalah sebuah cerita masa lalu yang bisa dikenang. Kejadian ini tentu menjadi motivasi saya untuk bangkit dengan bekerja serabutan buruh tani, agar bisa makan enak dan membantu keluarga,” cerita Cak Salam yang saat ini sudah sukses di bidang usaha Properti Rental Alat Berat dan Jasa Transportasi ini.

 

Sejak muda Cak Salam terus penuh kesabaran dan ketabahan menjalani proses hidupnya dari bawah.  Ia terus berjuang untuk sekolah dan tidak pernah mengabaikan pendidikan untuk masa depannya

Usai lulus Sekolah Menengah Umum (SMU) Sultan Agung Puger Jember, (red-sederajat SMA/SLTA), Cak Salam muda tetap melanjutkan ke tingkat Perguruan Tinggi di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Sejak masa SMU ayahnya kerap sakit-sakitan, dimana ia terpaksa menjadi tulang punggung utama keluarga.

“Saya sejak masa muda sudah mandiri dan bekerja serabutan, terutama sebagai buruh tani, untuk bisa tetap sekolah dan kuliah di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Lewat pendidikan wawasan kita luas dan memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk berbisnis dan mengembangkan usaha,” terang pria berparas tampan ini.

Cak Salam saat kecil tidak pernah berfikir akan memilki berbagai macam bisnis. Baik di bidang  properti, rental alat berat dan jasa transportasi sebesar seperti. Kata dia, cita-citanya sangat sederhana dan tidak muluk-muluk seperti anak muda yang lain.

“Saya hanya ingin hidup layak dan bisa makan enak,” ucap Haji Salam sambil tersenyum mengingat masa kecilnya.

Sebelum menjalani bisnis besar seperti saat ini, Haji Salam saat muda pernah juga mengurus ternak sapi dan kambing. Pekerjaan ini ia jalani sampai bisa menyelesaikan kuliah pada tahun 2008. Bahkan ketika lulus, ia juga mencoba meniti karir bisnis Warung Internet (warnet) dan sewa PlayStation (PS).

Karena tidak begitu cepat hasilnya di Warnet dan PlayStation, ia terus mengembangkan usaha menjual gamping atau kapur. Lewat menjual bahan galian inilah, Haji Salam muda teruji sebagai marketing dan bisnisman yang handal.

“Saya adalah jual gamping keliling ke perumahan-perumahan dan pemilik usaha Warnet dan PlayStation. Saya tidak langsung sukses dan sempat jatuh bangun dalam usaha. Barulah pada tahun 2011 saya mencoba peruntungan dengan memulai bisnis properti.

Pada mulanya bisnis Cak Salam ini dibangun dengan prinsip perumahan untuk kelas ekonomi menengah. Yakni dengan menyedikan hunian harga terjangkau dan bersubsidi. Ternyata lewat jalan inilah kesuksesan mulai digapai Cak Salam selaku Owner dan CEO PT. Kinansyah (Group).

Setelah mulai sukses, hal pertama yang ia lakukan adalah mulai memberangkatkan umroh karyawannya. Jiwa sosial yang tinggi itu berasal dari pengalaman pribadinya yang lama menjalani hidup di tingkat ekonomi bawah. Oleh karena itu saat rejekinya mulai mengalir ia selalu sempatkan untuk membantu orang-orang sekitarnya.

Berkat tangan dinginnya membangun bisnis tersebut, berbagai penghargaan pun diraih olehnya. Di antaranya Developer FLPP terbaik kedua tingkat Jawa timur pada tahun 2017. Kemudian Developer FLPP Terbanyak di Jember (2018). Terakhir penghargaan sebagai  developer terbaik tingkat Jawa Timur dari Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) pada tahun  2019.

Sebagai pemilik bisnis properti terkenal di Kabupaten Jember, nama Cak alam cukup dikenal oleh berbagai kalangan. Alumni Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember ini memiliki pembawaan yang santai dan supel, membuat siapapun yang baru bertemu, lebih mudah akrab dengannya.

Setelah mulai sukses, hal pertama yang ia lakukan adalah mulai memberangkatkan umroh karyawannya. Jiwa sosial yang tinggi itu berasal dari pengalaman pribadinya yang lama menjalani hidup di tingkat ekonomi bawah. Oleh karena itu saat rejekinya mulai mengalir ia selalu sempatkan untuk membantu orang-orang sekitarnya.

Kepiawaian H. Abdus Salam Alamsyah, SE atau biasa disapa Cak Salam, dalam mengatur bisnis membuatnya dikenal oleh banyak pihak. Ditambah jiwa sosialnya yang tinggi, sehingga banyak pihak mendorongnya untuk mencalonkan diri sebagai Bupati Jember. Sebelum benar-benar terjun ke dalam politik praktis, bapak tiga anak itu, terlebih dahulu meminta pertimbangan pihak keluarga serta orang-orang kepercayaannya.

Setelah melalui pertimbangan matang dan pihak keluarga juga telah ikhlas, akhirnya dirinya memberanikan diri masuk ke dunia politik. Cak Salam pun mulai melakukan pendekatan ke partai politik.

Ternyata Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI-P) lah yang pertama kali membuatnya semakin mantap untuk mencalonkan diri. Menurutnya, tanpa mengecilkan partai lainnya, PDI-P telah mewakili keinginannya. Yakni membela wong cilik dan terbuka kepada semua golongan maupun kelas sosial.

Sebelum pencalonan Bupati tahun 2020 ini, diakui oleh Cak Salam, bahwa ia belum pernah masuk dalam dunia politik. Namun demikian setelah banyak berdiskusi dengan tokoh-tokoh PDI-P dirinya langsung memiliki keyakinan bahwa berpolitik dengan mencalonkan diri sebagai bupati adalah jalan terbaik baginya. Terutama untuk membantu semakin banyak lagi orang di Kabupaten Jember. Sebab selama ini, bantuannya hanya terbatas kepada karyawannya dan orang sekitarnya saja.

Dirinya menilai, posisi kepala daerah sangat strategis sebagai media mensejahterakan masyarakat banyak.

Sementara targetnya ketika terpilih memimpin Kabupaten Jember, ia rumuskan berdasarkan perjalanan hidupnya sendiri. Yakni ingin memberikan kesejahteraan ekonomi kepada seluruh masyarakat Jember. Dirinya mengaku tidak ingin orang lain mengalami hal yang sama seperti yang dialaminya. Oleh karena itulah kesejahteraan ekonomi yang merata menjadi prioritasnya.

Cak Salam menggaris bawahi keputusannya mencalonkan diri sebagai bupati, bukan untuk mengejar kekuasaannya. Namun lebih kepada merealisasikan keinginannya untuk lebih luas dalam menebar manfaat.

“Jangan sampai ada masyarakat Jember yang kesulitan ekonomi. Jangan sampai ada yang bingung mencari kerjaan,” ujarnya.

Perihal cara mencapai kesejahteraan itu, baginya bukan hal yang sulit untuk direalisasikan apabila dikerjakan secara bersama-sama. Dirinya melihat potensi yang ada di Jember sangat banyak, hanya butuh sedikit sentuhan dengan melibatkan semua pihak. Dari tingkat bawah hingga tingkat atas. Maka potensi-potensi itu, dapat meningkatkan derajat ekonomi masyarakat.

Cak Salam mencontohkan, kondisi alam Jember sangat agraris begitu cocok untuk pertanian. Oleh karenya pemberdayaan petani dalam masa kepemimpinannya akan lebih diperhatikan. Selain itu pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UKM) juga menjadi prioritas pembangunan ekonominya.

Sebagai cabup termuda di antara calon lainya. Cak Salam yakin energi mudanya menjadi bekal positif untuk membangun Jember. Dirinya yang menggandeng Ifan Ariadna Wijaya yang juga masih muda dengan berbekal 22 kursi.

Adapun rincian partai pendukung diantaranya, PDI-P (7 kursi); PKB (8 kursi); Partai Golkar (2 kursi); PAN (2 kursi); Perindo (2 kursi); dan Berkarya (1 kursi) yakin  akan memenangkan perebutan kursi Bupati Jember 9 Desember.

Pasangan calon Cak Salam dan Mas Ifan dengan visi “Gotong Royong Membangun Jember Maju Adil dan Sejahtera” berkomitmen akan memimpin dengan cara terbuka.

“Saya dan mas Ifan sebagai calon pemimpin muda pastinya memiliki terobosan yang berbeda atau out of the box. Hal itu yang akan kami implementasikan dalam kepemipinan kami. Sayang belum terpilih dan belum garis tangannya,” tandasnya.

Dalam Visi Hidup dan Perjuangan H. Abdus Salam Alamsyah, SE yaitu sesuai sebuah hadis milik Nabi Muhammad SAW “Khoirunnas anfauhum linnas”. Hadis tersebut memiliki arti yang bermakna, sebaik-baiknya manusia adalah mereka yang dapat memberikan manfaat kepada manusia lainnya. Artinya: “Sebaik-baik manusia adalah yang paling bermanfaat bagi manusia.” (HR. Ahmad).

Mantan calon bupati dalam Pilkada Jember 2020, H. Abdus Salam Alamsyah, SE atau Cak Salam unjuk oleh DPP PAN untuk menjadi Ketua DPD PAN Jember periode 2020-2025. Salam akan didampingi Agus Khoironi, sebagai Sekretaris DPD.

Agus Khoironi merupakan kader PAN yang saat ini menjadi anggota DPRD Jember. Sedangkan Salam terbilang baru bersentuhan dengan politik praktis. Pengusaha muda itu mulai moncer sejak dia maju dalam Pilkada Jember yang dihelat pada Desember 2020 lalu.

Saat itu, Cak Salam bahkan resmi menjadi kader PDIP, salah satu partai terbesar dengan perolehan 7 kursi di DPRD Jember. PAN termasuk anggota koalisi pengusung Salam-Ifan saat itu. Sebagai partai besar, PDIP saat itu mensyaratkan salah satu kandidat harus menjadi kader partai berlambang banteng itu.

“Ya saya mengalir saja. Setelah Pilkada kemarin, saya memang sudah memantapkan diri untuk berkontribusi kepada masyarakat melalui dunia yang saya tekuni saat ini, yaitu politik,” tutur pria yang akrab disapa Cak Salam ini saat dikonfirmasi Merdeka.com, Rabu (25/08/2021).

Saat itu, Cak Salam baru saja pulang dari seremoni penyerahan SK Kepengurusan DPD PAN Jember yang dilakukan di DPD PAN Jatim di Surabaya.

Selain baru bergabung, terpilihnya Cak Salam juga membawa kejutan lain. Sebab, dalam Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) DPD PAN Jember yang dihelat pada Februari 2021 lalu, tidak ada nama Salam dalam formatur yang dihasilkan.

Dalam musda tersebut, hanya menghasilkan tiga nama sebagai formatur. Mereka adalah Lilik Ni’amah (ketua demisioner), Agus Khoironi (anggota DPRD Jember) dan Nyoman Aribowo (anggota DPRD Jember).

Sesuai AD/ART, salah satu dari tiga nama tim formatur, akan ditunjuk menjadi ketua. Kala itu, nama Lilik Ni’amah santer disebut akan terpilih kembali memimpin DPD PAN Jember. Namun, terkait tidak terpilihnya Lilik, menurut Salam, karena tidak dicapai kesepakatan dalam tim formatur.

Salam menegaskan, internal partainya dalam kondisi solid dan sama-sama bertekad untuk membesarkan partai berlambang matahari itu.

“Kita sama-sama ingin membesarkan PAN. Saya sendiri, di mana bumi dipijak, di situ langit akan dijunjung,” tutur Salam.

Meski baru bergabung, Salam mengaku punya kedekatan emosional dengan PAN. Sebab, ia menempuh pendidikan di lembaga milik Muhammadiyah.

“Saya kan alumnus Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember,” ungkapnya.

Dalam Pemilu 2019 lalu, PAN hanya meloloskan dua kadernya di DPRD Jember. Salam optimistis, di bawah kepemimpinannya, PAN bisa meningkatkan perolehan kursi pada pemilu berikutnya.

“PAN adalah partai nasionalis berbasis agama yang terbuka untuk semua semua kader. Mulai dari Muhammadiyah, NU, Marhaen, Nasionalis dan lain-lain semua bisa melebur jadi satu. Kita juga akan mendekati generasi muda,” ujar Salam.

Dengan mengemban amanah ini, Salam bertekad untuk membesarkan PAN di Jember. PAN ini punya potensi yang lebih besar lagi. Karena PAN adalah partai nasionalis terbuka untuk semua semua kader yang akan masuk.

“Kita adalah partai nasionalis berbasis agama, semua elemen mulai dari Muhammadiyah, NU, Marhaen, Nasionalis dan sebagainya bisa, melebur jadi satu. Kita juga ingin menjadi pilihan generasi milenial,” ujar Cak Salam.

Saat ini Cak Salam akan maju sebagai Bacaleg PAN DPR RI Dapil Jawa Timur IV Jember – Lumajang. Dirinya sudah terdaftar ke KPU RI bersama 580 Bacaleg yang dikirim oleh DPP PAN yang dipimpin langsung Ketua Umum DPP PAN Zulkifli Hasan, Jumat (12/5/2023) di KPU RI Jakarta Pusat.

“Mohon doa restu dan dukungan saya maju Bacaleg PAN DPR RI Dapil Jawa Timur IV Jember – Lumajang. Semoga terpilih dan bisa memperjuangkan masyarakat Jember dan Lumajang secara umum, khususnya juga para pelaku ekonomi, UKM dan sektor ril,” pintanya.

Saat Ketua DPW PAN Jawa Timur Ahmad Rizki Sadig hadir ke Jember pada, Rabu (7/6/2023) di acara Road Show PAN Jatim. DPW PAN Jatm memastikan .siap mengikuti pemilu dengan sistem terbuka, khususnya di DPD PAN Jember.

“PAN tetap akan melakukan sistem terbuka, jadi siapa pun Calegnya yang memperoleh suara terbanyak, apabila dapat kuota kursi maka dia yang berhak duduk sebagai anggota legislatif sesuai yang diatur di AD/ART,” kata Ahmad Rizki Sadig.

Menurut H. Abdus Salam Alamsyah, SE selaku Ketua DPD PAN Jember, saat acara Road Show PAN Jatim  menyatakan, bahwa roadshow dan konsolidasi Bacaleg PAN di Jember, untuk memberikan motivasi dan semangat para kadernya yang berjuang menuju parlemen.

Khusus wilayah Jember – Lumajang merupakan lumbung basis PAN. Oleh sebab itu antar Caleg PAN harus bisa bekerjasama dan berkolaborasi.

“Satu Kata Satu Hati, Satu Partai Untuk Semua Caleg, One for All dan All for One, ini semboyan kami, sehingga roadshow kali ini bagian dari kami memberikan semangat kepada kader-kader partai,” ucap Cak Salam yang optimis maju sebagai Bacaleg DPR RI Dapil IV Jember – Lumajang. (*)
