KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Menteri Luar Negeri Retno Lestari Priansari Marsudi melakukan pertemuan dengan State Counsellor Myanmar Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.

“MenluRetno lakukan pertemuan dengan Daw Aung Suu Kyi bahas bantuan kemanusiaan untuk #RakhineState,” demikian keterangan yang disampaikan Kementerian Luar Negeri melalui akun Twitter resminya, Senin.

Kemenlu mengunggah tiga buah foto Menlu Retno saat bertemu Daw Aung Suu Kyi.

Tiga menit sebelumnya, Kemenlu juga mengunggah foto Retno saat melakukan pertemuan dengan Panglima Angkatan Bersenjata Myanmar Min Aung Hlaing.

Namun, belum ada keterangan lebih jelas terkait pembicaraan antar kedua negara tersebut.

Diketahui, Retno terbang ke Myanmar pada Minggu (3/9) malam dan dijadwalkan bertemu sejumlah pejabat Myanmar di Naypiydaw.

Pada pertemuan tersebut, Retno menyampaikan bahwa ia akan menekankan isu keamanan di Rakhine State.

“Di antaranya Indonesia akan menyampaikan beberapa proposal dan seruan termasuk di antaranya pentingnya untuk melakukan proteksi terhadap warga yang tinggal di Rakhinee,” ungkap Retno. (ant)
