Jakarta – Dua aktivis dan Ketua Relawan Jokowi ikut menyikapi kelanjutan proses hukum pembunuhan Brigadir Joshua Hutabarat (Brigadir J) Diantaranya yang ikut komentar adalah Syafrudin Budiman SIP Ketua Umum Relawan Barisan Pembaharuan (BP) dan Immanuel Ebenezer Ketua Umum Jokowi Mania (Joman).
Saat ditemui di Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini, Menteng Jakarta Pusat, Kamis malam (18/08/2022). Gus Din sapaan akrab Syafrudin Budiman SIP mengatakan, proses penetapan Mantan Kadiv Propam Irjen. Pol. Ferdy Sambo, S.H, S.I.K, M.H (FS) adalah babak baru terungkapnya kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi di internal Polri. Nantinya kata Gus Din, akan terungkap semua skenario besar yang menjadi lingkaran mafia di internal Polri
“Pembunuhan Brigadir J diduga bukan hanya motif asmara atau urusan orang dewasa, akan tetapi banyak kasus besar yang kan terbongkar. Dimana sesama kelompok atau kubu akan saling bongkar-bongkaran soal kasus-kasus yang lain,” kata Syafrudin Budiman SIP yang juga Ketua Umum DPP Partai UKM Indonesia.
Menurut Gus Din, sesuai keterangan Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Dedi Prasetyo kepada media, Senin (15/08/2022), ada 35 tersangka info terakhir dari Itsus. Artinya kata Aktivis 98 asal Surabaya ini, akan ada tambahan lagi tersangka baik yang terlibat langsung maupun tidak langsung.
“Banyaknya kelompok atau komplotan yang membantu Ferdy Sambo dalam kasus ini (red-Pembunuhan Brigadir J). Tentunya menjadi cermin adanya kasus dan praktik mafia hukum di tubuh Polri. Untuk itu jadikan hukum sebagai Panglima dan ini momentum Reformasi di tubuh Polri,” terang Gus Din cicit Pahlawan Nasional KH. Mas Mansyur asal Ampel, Surabaya.

Sementara itu, Immanuel Ebenezer Ketua Umum Relawan Jokowi Mania (Joman) mendesak Kapolri sebagai pimpinan istitusi Polri untuk minta maaf secara terbuka kepada publik dan masyarakat Indonesia. Kejadian Pembunuhan yang dilakukan Ferdy Sambo kepada Brigadir J adalah cerminan hukum bisa diatur dan direkayasa.
“Agar masyarakat percaya kepada Institusi Polri, kami mendesak Kapolri Jenderal Pol. Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Si untuk minta maaf kepada publik. Sampaikan komitmen dan janji bahwa akan mengusut tuntas tanpa pandang bulu dalam kasus Brigadir J,” kata Noel sapaan akrabnya.
Kata Ketua Relawan Ganjar Pranowo for 1 (GP-1) ini, institusi Polri adalah simbol penegakan supremasi hukum dan keadilan. Sehingga menurut Noel, jangan sampai masyarakat tidak memiliki kepercayaan kepada Polri dalam penegakan hukum.
“Dalam kasus Brigadir J, publik atau masyarakat butuh kepastian hukum dan jangan sampai terjadi kebohongan-kebohongan lagi yang melibatkan institusi Polri.
