Pangdam Jaya/Jayakarta Mayjen TNI Untung Budiharto, meninjau kegiatan penyaluran Bantuan Tunai untuk Pedagang Kaki Lima, Warung dan Nelayan ( BTPKLWN ) tahun 2022, yang dilaksanakan di Makodim 0502/JU, Jln. Yos Sudarso, Sungai Bambu, Kec. Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. Jum’at (8/04/2022).
Kodam Jaya di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, selain berkiprah menggelar kegiatan vaksinasi bagi warga, juga membantu pemerintah dalam menyalurkan Bantuan Tunai Pedagang Kaki Lima, Warung dan Nelayan (BTPKLWN). Kegiatan ini merupakan penyerahan bantuan tunai dari pemerintah turun ke Mabes TNI kemudian didistribusikan ke masing – masing Kodim untuk kemudian diserahkan kepada pedagang kaki lima, warung dan nelayan.
Dalam hal pendataan warga yang berhak menerima bantuan dilakukan oleh Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas yang terjun langsung di lapangan guna menginput warga di wilayah binaannya sampai dengan membantu proses verifikasi data serta penyaluran bantuan langsung ke warga tersebut, sesuai mekanisme atau prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, sehingga tidak ada duplikasi dengan BPUM (Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro).
Pangdam Jaya/Jayakarta Mayjen TNI Untung Budiharto, dalam kesempatan tersebut menyampaikan bahwa bantuan ini tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, dan Kodam Jaya dipercaya menyalurkan total 45 M, jadi setiap orangnya nanti akan menerima sebesar Rp 600.000. Untuk di jajaran Kodam Jaya, akan dilaksanakan di 3 titik yaitu di Kodim 0502/Jakarta Utara, Kodim 0508/Depok dan Kodim 0506/Tangerang. Jumlah target masyarakat di masing – masing Kodim, Kodim 0502/JU 25.000, Kodim 0508/Depok 24.000 dan Kodim 0506/Tgr 26.000.
Lebih lanjut dalam penyelenggaraan pemberian BTPKLWN, Kodam Jaya semaksimal mungkin berupaya membantu pemerintah agar bantuan tersebut tepat sasaran, sesuai peruntukannya, dengan harapan masyarakat benar-benar terbantu dalam upaya memulihkan atau membantu perekonomiannya.
Kegiatan penyaluran bantuan sekaligus juga dipadukan dengan giat vaksinasi dan penyerahan sembako bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu.
Diakhir sambutannya Pangdam Jaya/Jayakarta Mayjen TNI Untung Budiharto berharap selama penyelenggaraan penyaluran BTPKLWN selama 20 hari dalam bulan Ramadhan ini masyarakat sudah menerima bantuan tersebut.
Selama proses penyaluran BTPKLWN berjalan lancar, baik petugas maupun warga yang hadir menerima bantuan, tetap menerapkan disiplin protokol kesehatan.
