Demikian disampaikan Panglima TNI Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono, S.E., M.M. saat memimpin Upacara Peringatan Ke-77 Hari Jadi TNI Angkatan Udara, bertempat di Taxiway Echo Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta Timur, Minggu (9/4/2023).

Lebih lanjut, Panglima TNI menyampaikan bahwa selama 77 tahun TNI Angkatan Udara selalu hadir dalam setiap panggilan tugas Ibu Pertiwi, baik dalam rangka Operasi Militer Perang maupun Operasi Militer Selain Perang. “Untuk itu, saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya, kepada seluruh Prajurit dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil, TNI Angkatan Udara, atas dedikasi, profesionalisme, dan loyalitas yang kalian tunjukkan selama ini,” ujar Panglima TNI.

Terkait dengan Tema hari TNI Angkatan Udara kali ini adalah “Profesional, Modern Dan Tangguh Sebagai Angkatan Udara Yang Disegani Di Kawasan”, Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono mengungkapkan bahwa tema tersebut menunjukkan komitmen TNI Angkatan Udara untuk terus selalu meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam rangka menghadapi spektrum ancaman yang semakin kompleks. Sesuai tema tersebut, Panglima TNI merintahkan kepada seluruh Prajurit TNI Angkatan Udara untuk selalu bersikap profesional. “Ingatlah bahwa tugas kalian memiliki resiko yang tinggi, sehingga meskipun angkasa tempat kalian bertugas sangatlah luas, namun tidak boleh ada kesalahan sekecil apapun. Teruslah berlatih secara bertingkat dan berlanjut dengan skenario latihan yang realistis, train as you fight and fight as you train!,” perintah Laksamana Yudo Margono.

“Bangun selalu kemampuan untuk menjadi angkatan udara yang siap setiap saat diproyeksikan untuk menghadapi beragam potensi ancaman dan gangguan,” harap Panglima TNI.

Sebanyak 89 pesawat berbagai jenis dan 3.693 personel TNI AU dilibatkan dalam peringatan HUT Ke-77 TNI AU yang digelar di Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta. Acara pokok berupa parade dan defile serta acara tambahan demo udara dan darat. Demo udara berupa penampilan pesawat-pesawat TNI AU, sementata demo darat berupa simulasi Pembebasan Sandra (Basra) oleh pasukan Kopasgat. Puluhan senjata Pasgat berbagai tipe, juga ikut dalam defile.

Ditampilkannya berbagai alutsista TNI AU pada peringatan Hari Jadi Angkatan Udara tahun ini merupakan salah satu bentuk pertanggung jawaban TNI AU kepada rakyat Indonesia. Masyarakat dapat menyaksikan secara langsung berbagai kemampuan alutsista dan profesionalisme prajurit TNI AU yang menampilkan berbagai manuver dan simulasi pertempuran udara dan simulasi pertempuran darat.

Demo Udara melibatkan 89 pesawat dan 1.070 prajurit yang terdiri dari para penerbang dan ground crew. Seluruh pesawat tergabung dalam unsur tempur, transport dan helikopter yang akan melakukan berbagai manuver terbang.

Unsur tempur melibatkan 36 pesawat TNI AU terdiri dari F-16 Fighting Falcon, Sukhoi SU-27/30, T-50i Golden Eagle dan EMB-314 Super Tucano. 14 pesawat tempur F-16 melaksanakan terbang formasi membentuk angka 77. Sementara 4 Sukhoi SU-27/30 melaksanakan terbang formasi berupa Box Formation dan Bomb Burst. 4 pesawat T-50i dan 1 F-16 melaksamakan Bomb Burst dan 2 pesawat T-50i lainnya melaksanakan misi Serangan Udara Langsung (SUL) dan Dog Fight dengan 1 pesawat F-16. Sementara 6 pesawat tempur EMB-314 Super Tucano melaksanakan terbang formasi membentuk Arrow Formation dan 2 pesawat lainnya melakukan misi Close Air Suppot (CAS).

Adapun Unsur Transport melibatkan 22 pesawat, terdiri dari C-130 Hercules, CN-295/235, C-212 Cassa, Boeing 737 dan Falcon 7X/8X. 4 CN-295/235 dan 4 C-212 Cassa melakukan terbang membentuk Box Formation. 3 Boeing 737 dan 2 Falcon 7X/8X membentuk 2 V Formation. Sementara 9 C-130 Hercules membentuk 3 V Formation dan 2 lainnya melaksanakan misi penerjunan 77 prajurit Kopasgat. sedangkan 1 CN-295 melakukan penerjunan pasukan Dalpur Kopasgat.

Sedangkan Unsur Helikopter melibatkan 10 helikopter terdiri dari EC-120B Colibri, EC-725 Caracal, NAS-332 Super Puma, dan AS-365. 1 EC-725 Caracal dan 1 NAS-332 Super Puma melakukan terbang dengan Giant Flight dan melaksanakan misi Fast Rope serta Air Landed prajurit Kopasgat. 4 EC-120B melaksanakan terbang formasi dan satu lainnya melaksanakan misi Pembebasan Sandra (Basra) Kopasgar.

Sementara itu 6 pesawat KT-1B Jupiter Aerobatic Team menampilkan berbagai manuver indah. Selain itu juga ada 2 pesawat Cassna dan Paramotor membawa banner HUT TNI AU.

Sementara demo Darat menampilkan berbagai simulasi pertempuran darat yang dilaksanakan oleh prajurit Kopasgat TNI AU, diantaranya penerjunan 77 prajurit Kopasgat, Pengendalian Pertempuran (Dalpur), Pembebasan Sandra (Basra), Tindakan Keamanan (Tinkam), Fast Rope dan Combat Sar. Demo Darat menampilkan berbagai berbagai persenjataan Pasgat dan sejumlah kendaraan khusus dan kendaraan taktis.

Adapun alutsista Kopasgat yang dihadirkan saat acara diantaranya Oerlikon, Smart Hunter SJ 311 dan 711, Ransus Cambat PSU, Ransus Mars, P6 Atav V3, Jihandak Ivander, Nubica Antilost, APC Turangga dan sejumlah alutsista Kopasgat lainnya.
