Para Raja Nusantara Buka Tabir Kerajaan Sriwijaya

BENGKULU – Sidang para raja yang mewakili 50 kerajaan Nusantara yang digelar di Bengkulu selama dua hari mulai membuka tabir muasal peradaban Kerajaan Sriwijaya. Para raja yang tergabung dalam Majelis Agung Raja Sultan (MARS) Indonesia mendapat gambaran sekilas terkait Kerajaan Sriwijaya yang menguasai Nusantara dengan puluhan kerajaan kecil yang dikuasainya.

Salah seorang putri keturunan Kerajaan Basemah Kaur Bintuhan, Elly Yuniarti, mengatakan, tahun ini merupakan tahun yang sangat keramat. Sebab, tabir muasal Sriwijaya yang terus menjadi perdebatan mulai terkuak. Beberapa situs yang berada di Kabupaten Kaur menunjukkan bahwa Basemah merupakan tonggak awal berdirinya kerajaan besar bernama Sriwijaya.

“Sriwijaya adalah Basemah Kaur Bintuhan terdahulu, pusat peradaban para raja Sriwijaya,” ucap Elly di Bengkulu, Kamis, 30 November 2017.

Kerajaan Basemah, kata Elly, menurunkan Sriwijaya yang menguasai Nusantara. Fakta lain yang tidak bisa dibantah adalah kehadiran Benteng Marlborough yang dibangun pemerintahan kolonial Inggris pada tahun 1719. Bagaimana kolonial membangun kekuatan militer yang begitu besar di Bengkulu, tentu saja dengan alasan yang sangat kuat, yaitu menguasai Sriwijaya.

“Ada apa di Bengkulu, selama ini semua tertutupi, sekarang tabir itu mulai terbuka,” tutur Elly.

Kehadiran para raja Nusantara selain memenuhi rasa penasaran mereka, tentu saja memberikan penguatan bagi Kerajaan Basemah Kaur Bintuhan yang melahirkan Kerajaan Sriwijaya. Kerajaan-kerajaan Nusantara di bawah kekuasaan Sriwijaya dahulu bersatu sebagai sebuah peradaban.

Masyarakat Sumatera bagian Selatan sendiri adalah bagian dari peradaban tersebut. Saat ini, bagaimana sebuah peradaban kembali kepada induknya. Bagaimana Batanghari Sembilan yang ada di Negeri Swarna Dwipa ini kembali ke muara sebelum lepas ke Samudra Hindia. Saat ini, peradaban membutuhkan sebuah medan magnet yang sangat kuat, peradaban Sriwijaya akan kembali kepada induknya.

Kehadiran para raja di tengah masyarakat Indonesia saat ini masih belum mendapat legitimasi yang sangat kuat. Hanya beberapa wilayah saja yang memiliki kekuatan sosial dan pengakuan.

Direktur Ketahanan Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya Direktorat Jenderal Polpum Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Drs. Lutfi TMA, M.Si mengatakan bahwa generasi muda saat ini banyak yang tidak mengetahui akar sejarah lahirnya Republik Indonesia berdasarkan kesepakatan para raja. Penguatan sejarah harus dilakukan dengan menempatkan para raja di posisi yang strategis.

“Indonesia itu lahir dari kesepakatan para raja, pemangku adat, dan para tokoh yang bersatu,” ujar Lutfi.

Dahulu kala, Andalas dan tanah Jawa bersatu dalam sebuah pulau. Pun demikian saat Gunung Krakatau meletus tahun 1883 yang berpengaruh besar bagi lahirnya Republik Indonesia. Para raja memberikan kedaulatan kepada pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk merdeka.

Saat ini, para raja berjalan sendiri-sendiri. Kehadiran mereka dalam Majelis Agung Raja Sultan akan merajut kembali persatuan yang selama ini sudah memudar di antara para pemimpin kerajaan Nusantara.

Tugas pemerintah adalah bagaimana para raja ini bisa memberikan stimulan kepada rakyat yang dipimpinnya. Terutama untuk menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan serta peningkatan perekonomian rakyat.

“Ini akan mendorong para raja untuk dihormati di tengah masyarakat,” Lutfi memungkasi. (Endi-Yuda/Liputan6.com)
