PDIP Targetkan Menang pada Pilkada Pontianak

KESBANG.COM, PONTIANAK – Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) menargetkan kemenangan pada pemilihan wali kota dan wakil wali Kota Pontianak tahun 2018 mendatang.

“Kami optimistis, kader PDIP siap untuk memenangkan dan bertarung pada pilkada mendatang,” kata Ketua DPC PDIP Pontianak, Satarudin di Pontianak, Kaimantan Barat, Senin (21/8/17).

Ia menjelaskan, semua kader PDIP sudah siap memenangkan calon wali kota dan wakil wali kota yang akan diusung oleh partainya.

“Tentunya kami menargetkan yang terbaik, karena setiap kader siap memenangkan calon yang akan diusung oleh partai pada Pilwako nanti,” ungkapnya.

Terkait koalisi dengan partai politik lainnya, kata dia, sudah ada tinggal menunggu waktu yang tepat saja.

“Calon untuk mendampinginya sebagai calon wali kota pun sudah kepada titik temu, nanti pada waktunya akan saya sampaikan,” katanya.

Sebelumnya, Ketua KPU Kota Pontianak, Sujadi menargetkan, partisipasi pemilih pada pemilihan wali kota dan wakil wali Kota Pontianak periode 2018-2023 di atas 70 persen.

“Meskipun anggaran untuk pilkada 2018 minim, namun kami memaksimalkan anggaran untuk pelaksanaan dan tahapan serta menargetkan angka partisipasi pemilih Kota Pontianak nanti di atas angka 70 persen,” katanya.

Menurut dia, target partisipasi pemilih sebesar 70 persen tersebut adalah wajar, meski dana minim dan diharapkan bisa tercapai.

“Kami memperkirakan angka pemilih untuk tahun 2018 mendatang bisa mencapai di atas angka 479 ribu pemilih, dengan tempat pemungutan suara (TPS), sebanyak 1.181 TPS yang tersebar di enam kecamatan di Kota Pontianak,” katanya.

Ia memperkirakan sebanyak delapan pasang calon wali kota dan wakil wali Kota Pontianak, yang terdiri dari tiga pasang calon dari jalur partai politik dan lima calon dari jalur independen atau perseorangan yang akan meramaikan pilkada Pontianak mendatang. (Yov)
