Surabaya – Demi memastikan kemenangan Pemilu 2024 dengan target 14 Kursi DPRD Propinsi dan 11 Kursi DPR RI, Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah Partai Amanat Nasional Jawa Timur (DPW PAN Jatim) gelar Road Show dan Turba. Dipimpin Ketua DPW PAN Jatim Ahmad Rizki Sadig dan Sekretaris Khusnul Aqib, serta pengurus hadir ke DPD-DPD PAN se-Jatim.

Putaran pertama DPW PAN Jatim mengunjungi DPD-DPD PAN di Tapal Kuda. Dimulai dari Kabupaten Probolinggo, Kota Probolinggo, Bondowoso, Situbondo, Banyuwangi, Jember, Pasuruan dan Kota Pasuruan. Bahkan DPW PAN Jatim menyempatkan diri silaturahim ke Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) dan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) setempat.

“Alhamdulillah kami (red-DPW PAN Jatim) di gelombang pertama sukses keliling tapal kuda mulai 3-7 Juni 2023. Kami hadir untuk memastikan kesiapan semua DPD-DPD PAN Jatim bergerak untuk kemenangan di 2024. Disela-sela road show kita sempatkan silaturahim dengan pengurus PCNU dan PD Muhammadiyah,” kata Ahmad Rizki Sadig saat dihubungi, usai Road Show Putaran II di Sidoarjo-Surabaya, Selasa (13/6/2023).

Menurut Rizki Sadig sapaan akrabnya, DPW PAN Jatim banyak menemukan kendala dan hambatan yang harus diselesaikan. Bahkan PAN Jatim melakukan evaluasi kepada pengurus, untuk memastikan di Pemilu 2024 roda berjalan menuju pemilu 2024.

“Hasil Road Show dan Turba kemarin, sudah kita bawa ke Rapat Pleno DPW PAN Jatim, Jumat (9/6/2023) di Kantor DPW PAN Jatim. Semua penilaian, strategi dan perencanaan terus dipersiapkan secara matang. Termasuk kesiapan berkas-berkas 120 Baceleg DPRD Propinsi Jatim,” jelasnya.

Catatan Road Show PAN Jatim di Tapal Kuda

Warna biru mewarnai Hotel Ascent Premier Kota Pasuruan di Kamis (8/6/2023), saat DPW PAN Jatim melakukan Road Show. Seluruh pengurus DPD Kota Pasuruan dan DPD Kabupaten, serta Bacaleg terbaik berkumpul.

Roadshow Jatim Basis PAN ini dihadiri tokoh Bacaleg PAN Pasuruan Raya. Hadir dari Pesantren Sidogiri Gus Syaiful Nuri untuk maju DPR RI dan Ustadz Hasibuddin untuk DPRD Propinsi Jatim, serta Bacaleg-Bacaleg Kabupaten-Kota Pasuruan.

Dalam sambutannya Rizki Sadig mengakui perlu mengebal kearifan lokal yang dimiliki tempat berkembangnya PAN di suatu daerah.

“Saya tidak memungkiri, PAN bisa diartikan apapun sesuai kearifan lokal masing-masing. Ada yang Partai Anak Nasional, Partai Artis Nasional, bahkan di Pasuruan ini telah berkembang akronim baru untuk PAN ini. Yaitu Partai Akan NU,” terangnya.

Bagi Rizki Sadig hal ini tak mengapa, artinya PAN adalah untuk seluruh rakyat Indonesia.

“Pemenang Pemilu juga Caleg sudah tertulis di lauhul Mahfudz, ini adalah jalan ikhtiar untuk menjadi Caleg, mendapatkan kursi. Agar bermanfaat untuk umat, untuk rakyat. Khoirunnas Anfauhu linnas, inilah niat kita bersama PAN,” papanya.

Road Show di Pasuruan Raya ini juga menetapkan Ketua DPD PAN Pasuruan yang untuk saat ini dijabat oleh Putri Pengasuh Pesantren Sidogiri. Yakni Ning Nuryana Fuad, atau biasa dipanggil Ning Nana.

Ketika sambutan Ning Nana didampingi oleh suami yaitu Mas Syaiful Nuri. Kader muda Muslimat NU ini menyampaikan kesiapan DPD PAN Kota Pasuruan menghadapi pemilu dengan pasukan dan amunisi mencengangkan.

“Ada diantara kami adalah 5000 saksi siap mengawal suara PAN di TPS,” ucap Ning Yana disambut tepuk tangan membahana dari seluruh peserta acara.

Sementara itu saat Road Show di wilayah Berang Wetan sebutan kabupaten Banyuwangi di Hotel Aston Banyuwangi, Senin (5/6/2023). Ketua DPW PAN Jatim, Ahmad Rizki Sadig mengatakan, tujuan utama pelaksanaan program roadshow adalah untuk konsolidasi dan silaturahmi, serta sebagai upaya untuk lebih mendekatkan diri pada masyarakat.

Menurutnya, kita perlu mengenal memahami dan menggali serta berupaya maksimal memberikan solusi atas persoalan-persoalan masyarakat.

“Selama roadshow kami melakukan konsolidasi partai dan bersilaturahmi dengan beberapa tokoh di Banyuwangi. Selain itu, juga menggali persoalan di masyarakat sebagaimana tagline kami ‘PAN Bantu Rakyat’,” jelas Rizki Sadig.

Acara tersebut dihadiri seluruh pengurus harian DPD PAN Banyuwangi, KSB (Ketua Sekertaris Bendahara), DPC PAN se-Banyuwangi dan seluruh Bacaleg yang akan mengikuti kontestasi politik dalam pemilu 2024 mendatang.

Dalam konsolidasi tersebut Ketua DPW PAN Jatim mengungkapkan pihaknya akan memberikan penghargaan (Reward) bagi caleg yang terpilih maupun tidak terpilih.

“Akan ada kompensasi Rp. 20 ribu per suara bagi caleg kabupaten yang tidak terpilih. Kami akan menyiapkan bonus Rp.500 juta bagi caleg yang terpilih sesuai ketentuan dalam Rapimwil PAN Jatim,” tambahnya.

Diluar acara Road show DPW PAN Jatim juga melakukan silaturahmi ke PDM (Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah) Banyuwangi. Dalam penyambutan rombongan DPW PAN Jatim dan DPD PAN Banyuwangi jajaran pengurus PDM Banyuwangi hadir komplet dan terlihat antusias selama acara berlangsung.

Dalam agenda silaturahmi dengan keluarga besar Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi berlangsung dalam suasana yang santai dan terjadi dialog yang gayeng. Kedua belah pihak sepakat ke depan akan lebih mengintensifkan program silaturahmi dan kerjasama yang kongkrit antar organisasi.

“Terutama kerjasama dengan LHKP (Lembaga Hikmah Kebijakan Publik) dalam bidang politik dan pendampingan,” tambah Ahmad Rizki Sadig.

Selain dengan PDM Muhammadiyah, DPW PAN Jatim juga melaksanakan silaturahmi dengan para kiai muda Banyuwangi dipimpin Gus Rozi. Dalam sesi akhir program silaturahmi, Gus Imron dari ponpes Nurul Jadid Probolinggo yang juga seorang pengusaha ikan di Muncar ikrar bergabung ke PAN dan menyatakan dirinya maju sebagai caleg DPRD Provinsi Jatim lewat PAN dari daerah pemilihan Banyuwangi Bondowoso dan Situbondo.

Adapun nama Caleg PAN untuk DPR RI antara lain; Brigjend Sukron Hambali, DR Achmad Rubai MH, Drs Imam Ngagoib MS, Ika Nursila, Gus Ghozi Zainudin, Habib Muhammad dan Vierda Badrie. Sedangkan untuk Caleg DPRD Provinsi Jatim terdaftar antara lain, Danu Budiyono, Firmansyah, Gus Imron dan Sofyan.

Sementara Ketua DPD PAN kabupaten Banyuwangi H Juwaini mengungkapkan dalam Pemilu Legislatif 2024 mendatang kabupaten Banyuwangi menargetkan minimal mendapatkan satu kursi per dapil.

“Kami menyiapkan bacaleg minimal per dapil dan ada tiga petarung yang siap berjuang dan memenangkan PAN di Banyuwangi. Ini masih terus berproses hingga batas akhir tahap perbaikan caleg nanti,” pungkas H Juwaini.

Roadshow ini juga mengunjungi beberapa pondok pesantren dan bersilaturahmi kepada sejumlah kiai. Antara lain ke Ponpes Syech Abdul Qadir Jaelani (SAQA) Probolinggo, dan Ponpes Sidogiri Pasuruan. Termasuk ziarah ke Makam KH As’ad Syamsul Arifin Situbondo yang setahun lalu telah ditetapkan Pemerintah RI sebagai Pahlawan Nasional.

“Di tapal kuda banyak Bacaleg PAN yang berbasis pesantren. Banyak gus maupun santri dari berbagai ponpes yang nyaleg di PAN. Untuk itu sudah semestinya kalau kami juga bersilaturahmi langsung ke pesantren-pesantren tersebut,” jelas Rizki.

Di sela-sela roadshow, rombongan pengurus PAN juga akan bertemu masyarakat yang sedang membutuhkan uluran tangan. Di antaranya mengunjungi beberapa mantan pekerja migran Indonesia yang berkat advokasi Uya Kuya dan DPP PAN berhasil dipulangkan ke Indonesia, karena bermasalah di Malaysia.

“Ini bagian dari cara kami mengajak seluruh pengurus dan simpatisan PAN untuk selalu berempati dan peduli akan musibah yang di alami masyarakat,” pungkasnya.

Untuk Roadshow Jatim Basis PAN ‘Satu Kata Satu Hati’ di DPD PAN Bondowoso digelar Ballroom Hotel Ijen View Bondowoso, Selasa (6/6/2023) , berlangsung aman dan lancar

Pengurus DPW PAN melakukan konsolidasi terkait kesiapan DPD PAN menghadapi pemilihan umum 2024.Seperti, kelengkapan administrasi bacaleg PAN Bondowoso, kesiapan meraih kursi sebanyak satu fraksi, serta menyiapkan para saksi, dan lainnya.

Ketua DPD PAN Bondowoso H Malik At Tamimi mengatakan dirinya siap melakukan kelengkapan syarat administrasi 45 bacaleg PAN menjelang penetapan DPT atau daftar pemilih tetap.

Ia juga akan membantu para bacaleg yang belum melengkapi persyaratan administrasi.

“Kemarin kami sudah menyerahkan daftar 45 bacaleg ke KPUD. Sedangkan untuk perbaikan akan segera disusul sesuai arahan ketua DPW PAN, ” katanya.

“PAN Bondowoso punya target satu fraksi. ‘Kalau sebelum nya PAN punya satu kursi, maka pada pemilihan umum 2024, kami punya target satu fraksi di DPRD Bondowoso,” imbuhnya.

Untuk Road Show Ketua DPW PAN di Jember dilaksanakan, Rabu (7/6/2023), di tengah roadshow keliling 38 kabupaten kota di Jawa Timur. Dalam sambutannya Rizki Sadiqg enyebut, apapun hasil keputusan MK soal sistem Pemilu 2024, PAN memastikan akan tetap menggunakan sistem terbuka sesuai dengan AD/ART partai.

“PAN tetap akan melakukan sistem terbuka, jadi siapa pun Calegnya yang memperoleh suara terbanyak, apabila dapat kuota kursi maka dia yang berhak duduk sebagai anggota legislatif, ini sudah diatur di AD/ART,” ujarnya.

Gonjang ganjing menggunakan sistem tertutup dan terbuka membuat para Bacaleg partai gundah. Pasalnya, jika menggunakan proporsional tertutup maka pemilih hanya mencoblos gambar partai saja. Hal ini membuat Caleg dengan nomor urut teratas lebih diuntungkan.

Berbeda dengan proporsional terbuka, kemungkinan para Caleg untuk sama-sama bersaing lebih lebar karena pemilih bebas mencoblos gambar Caleg atau partai. Jika diharuskan menggunakan sistem tertutup, PAN menyikapinya dengan menggunakan sistem zonasi bracking.

Rizki Sadig mengungkapkan dalam zonasi bracking, setiap Caleg diberi kewenangan mengelola beberapa wilayah tertentu yang difokuskan sebagai basisnya. Apabila ada warga yang memilih dirinya tapi bukan wilayahnya, maka suara pemilih bukan haknya tetapi hak yang mempunyai wilayah.

“Misal ada Bacaleg A di Dapil Jember Lumajang, dan A memilih basis penguatan suara di Jember. Kemudian di Lumajang, ada saudara atau kenalan yang memilih A, maka suaranya bukan milik A, tapi milik Caleg yang mengambil zona Lumajang,” kata Habib Rizqi menguraikan.

Sementara Abdus Salam selaku Ketua DPD PAN Jember, dalam kesempatan tersebut menyatakan, bahwa roadshow dan konsolidasi Bacaleg PAN di Jember, untuk memberikan motivasi dan semangat para kadernya yang berjuang menuju parlemen.

Khusus Jatim, kata Cak Salam, wilayah Jember Lumajang merupakan lumbung basis PAN. Oleh sebab itu antar Caleg PAN harus bisa bekerjasama dan berkolaborasi.

“Satu Kata Satu Hati, Satu Partai Untuk Semua Caleg, One for All dan All for One, ini semboyan kami, sehingga roadshow kali ini bagian dari kami memberikan semangat kepada kader-kader partai,” ucap Cak Salam. (red)
