Jakarta – Tim GISA 3T yang melayani Jemput Bola (Jebol) pelayanan adminduk di wilayah Papua dan otonom baru meliputi Papua Tengah dan Papua Pegunungan telah menuntaskan tugasnya. Tiga tim pertama yang diterjunkan yakni ke Kabupaten Mamberamo Tengah mampu melayani dengan mencetak sebanyak 474 dokumen kependudukan, dan Tim Kepulauan Yapen berhasil mencetak 777 dokumen selama 3-4 hari pelayanan.

Sedangkan Tim yang bertugas ke Kabupaten Paniai selama tiga hari bertugas jemput bola berhasil mencetak 449 dokumen kependudukan. Sehingga total dokumen yang berhasil dicetak Tim GISA 3T di Provinsi Papua, Papua Tengah dan Papua Pegunungan itu sebanyak 1.700 dokumen kependudukan.

Kendala geografis, cuaca buruk, mahalnya biaya perjalanan, serta jarak tempuh yang panjang merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi

Tim Paniai, terdiri dari Bastian J. Seimahuira dan Usep tiba di Bandara Mozes Kilangin di Timika, Senin (15/8/2022) pukul 08.24 WIT.

Dari Timika ke Paniai yang berjarak 101 km harus ditempuh dengan pesawat perintis. Itu pun keberangkatan pesawat ke Bandara Enarotali tergantung cuaca di Bandara Mozes Kilangin-Timika.

“Jam 12 siang baru ada pesawatnya. Saat ini cuaca sudah mulai hujan deras. Semoga semuanya bisa berjalan lancar dan aman,” kata Bastian di Timika, Papua, Senin pukul 09.13 pagi.

 

Bastian menuturkan, penduduk Paniai awalnya takut merekam KTP-el. “Sebab mereka beranggapan di KTP-el ada setannya, rekam KTP-el bisa menghisap darah. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat enggan untuk ikut merekam KTP-el,” ungkap Bastian.

Namun petugas Dukcapil Paniai, tak pernah lelah memberikan sosialisasi dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat.

Kini, menurut Kadis Dukcapil Paniai Washington, pelan-pelan masyarakat mendapatkan pencerahan dan menyadari bahwa selama ini mereka hanya termakan isu-isu yang tidak benar. “Masyarakat mulai paham akan pentingnya KTP-el serta yakin di KTP-el itu tidak ada setannya dan tidak menghisap darah,” kata Kadis Washington.

Terbukti masyarakat sangat antusias mengikut pelayanan jebol untuk merekam data KTP-el. “Mereka sangat senang ada jemput bola perekaman KTP el di distrik dibanding harus ke Dinas Dukcapil karena jaraknya jauh.”

Bupati Paniai Meki Fritz Nawipa mengacungkan jempol dan menyampaikan terima kasih tak terhingga tim GISA Ditjen Dukcapil.

“Kegiatan jemput bola ini mengispirasi kami tentang penting peningkatan cakupan perekaman KTP-el serta dokumen kependudukan lainnya untuk warga Paniai. Ke depan kami akan lebih menggiatkan jemput bola hingga ke distrik dan kampung-kampoung lainnya,” kata Bupati Meki Nawipa.

Sementara Direktur Dafduk David Yama mengaku puas dengan hasil pelayanan yang dicapai tiga Tim GISA 3T.
“Angka 1.700 dokumen kependudukan yang berhasil dicetak tim sudah bagus. Terima kasih teman-teman semua. Have a safe flight back home,” cetusnya bangga.

Dirjen Zudan Arif Fakrulloh sebagai orang nomor satu di Ditjen Dukcapil juga senang tim yang diterjunkannya berhasil menyelesaikan misi dengan hasil memuaskan.

Dirinya berpesan pada 2 Tim GISA 3T yang akan estafet ke lokasi Jebol Adminduk ke Kabupaten Jayawijaya dan Nabire mulai tanggal 21-28 Agustus 2022.

“Persiapkan keberangkatan dengan matang dan sebaik-baiknya. Masyarakat Papua pun ingin merasakan kehadiran negara melalui teman-teman untuk mendapat dokumen kependudukan yang sangat mereka perlukan,” kata Dirjen Zudan.

Zudan menambahkan, ini semua tindak lanjut arahan Mendagri Tito Karnavian agar Dukcapil all out dalam melayani masyarakat di Papua.
