*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar Bambang Soesatyo mengungkapkan dunia kontemporer saat ini cenderung dinarasikan dengan suara sumbang. Institute for Economics and Peace mengungkapkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu 14 tahun terakhir, indeks perdamaian global terus memburuk dan mengalami penurunan hingga 3,2 persen. Dari aspek keadilan global, World Justice Project juga mengungkapkan bahwa dari 140 negara yang disurvei, sebagian besar (61 persen) mengalami penurunan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap supremasi hukum. Penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia juga kian melemah.

“Dari aspek kesejahteraan, catatan akhir tahun 2022 menyajikan data krisis pangan yang memilukan. Diperkirakan, sekitar 345 juta orang penduduk dunia mengalami kelaparan akut. Dimana 19.700 orang di antaranya, meninggal dunia setiap harinya. Artinya, setiap empat detik, tercatat satu orang meregang nyawa karena kelaparan. Berbagai gambaran kondisi global tersebut mengisyaratkan bahwa dibutuhkan keberpihakan, komitmen, dan kontribusi kolektif dari segenap pemangku kepentingan, termasuk dari entitas keagamaan. Mengingat entitas keagamaan memiliki peran penting dan strategis, dalam menjawab berbagai persoalan kemanusiaan global,” ujar Bamsoet pada perayaan Hari Persaudaraan Kemanusiaan Internasional dan Pekan Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama Sedunia, di Gedung Nusantara IV, Komplek MPR RI, Jakarta, Minggu (5/2/23).

Turut hadir para Wakil Ketua MPR RI Jazilul Fawaid, Hidayat Nur Wahid, dan Arsul Sani. Para Duta Besar negara sahabat antara lain, Duta Besar Rusia Lyudmila Georgievna Vorobieva, Duta Besar Republik Demokratik Timor Leste Filomeno Aleixo da Cruz, Wakil Duta Besar Mesir Osama Ibrahim, Konselor Kedutaan Besar Singapura Aaron Chee.

Hadir pula Ketua Pusat Dialog dan Kerjasama Antar Peradaban yang juga Ketua Kehormatan Presidium Inter Religious Council Indonesia Prof. Din Syamsuddin, Utusan Khusus Presiden RI untuk Dialog dan Kerja Sama Antar-agama dan Peradaban Prof. Syafiq A. Mughni, Ketua Umum Persekutuan Gereja Indonesia Pendeta Gomar Gultom, Ketua Umum Wali Gereja Indonesia Romo Paulus Christian Siswantoko, Ketua Umum Parisada Hindu Dharma Indonesia Mayjen (Purn) Wisnu Bawa Tenaya, Ketua Umum Persatuan Umat Buddha Indonesia Prof. Philip K. Widjaja, dan Ketua Umum Majelis Tinggi Agama Konghucu Indonesia XS. Budi Santoso Tanuwibowo.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, entitas keagamaan mempunyai kemampuan untuk menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan memobilisasi umat yang memiliki loyalitas tanpa batas. Nilai-nilai moralitas keagamaan juga mengajarkan kepedulian dan kepekaan sosial, serta menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan, sebagai sarana dan jalan pengabdian kepada Tuhan. Disisi lain, pada dasarnya semua agama menjunjung tinggi dan memuliakan nilai-nilai persaudaraan dan kerukunan. Persaudaraan dan kerukunan adalah kristalisasi gagasan yang telah menjadi bahasa universal, sehingga dapat diterima oleh semua golongan, tanpa memandang perbedaan latar belakang sosial, budaya dan agama.

“Bahwa setiap manusia diciptakan berbeda, itu adalah fitrah kemanusiaan yang daripadanya kita dituntun untuk saling mengenal, berinteraksi, dan bekerjasama. Komitmen untuk hidup berdampingan dalam keberagaman, bekerjasama dalam ikatan kemanusiaan inilah yang telah mendorong lahirnya deklarasi “Persaudaraan Insani untuk Perdamaian Dunia dan Hidup Bersama” yang ditandatangani bersama oleh Paus Fransiskus dan Imam Besar Al Azhar Ahmed el-Tayeb pada 4 Februari 2019,” jelas Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Pemuda Pancasila dan Wakil Ketua Umum FKPPI ini menerangkan, di satu sisi deklarasi tersebut dapat dimaknai sebagai manifestasi dari kesadaran sosial sekaligus kesadaran transendental dalam membangun semangat persahabatan dan persaudaraan antar umat beragama. Di sisi lain, deklarasi tersebut juga merepresentasikan keinginan kuat umat beragama untuk membangun sinergi dan kolaborasi, serta berkontribusi aktif dalam mewujudkan dunia yang damai. Lebih dari itu, deklarasi ini juga dapat dimaknai sebagai kritik atas paradigma dan realitas global, yang masih diwarnai berbagai konflik, di mana konsepsi kehidupan dunia yang damai, adil dan sejahtera, masih sebatas utopia.

“Semangat persaudaraan insani dan kerukunan umat beragama tidak boleh berhenti hanya pada sebuah rumusan deklarasi. Spirit ini harus senantiasa hadir dan mengemuka pada setiap ruang publik yang harus dimaknai dan diterjemahkan secara aktual pada berbagai langkah kebijakan, serta menjadi referensi implementasi bagi dimensi pembangunan mental-spiritual yang merata dan berkesinambungan,” pungkas Bamsoet.
