*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar Bambang Soesatyo bersama Gerakan Keadilan Bangun Solidaritas (GERAK BS) mengisi kegiatan Ramadhan 2023 dengan memberikan santunan kepada anak yatim piatu. Sebagai bentuk realisasi Hablum Minannas (meningkatkan hubungan harmonis manusia dengan manusia), di tengah suasana puasa yang merupakan bagian dari Hablum Minallah (meningkatkan hubungan manusia dengan Allah).

“Santunan terhadap anak yatim piatu ini bukanlah sekadar acara seremonial yang menjadikan mereka sebagai objek. Melainkan sebagai bentuk uluran tali kasih kita kepada mereka yang merupakan bagian dari generasi penerus bangsa. Sekaligus uluran tali sayang kita kepada mereka, bahwa walaupun orang tuanya telah tiada, mereka masih memiliki kita semua sebagai saudara seiman, sekaligus saudara sebangsa dalam bingkai kasih sayang kemanusiaan,” ujar Bamsoet usai memberikan santunan kepada anak yatim piatu bersama GERAK BS, di Tamarind and Lime, Jakarta, Kamis (13/4/23).

Turut hadir pengurus Gerak BS antara lain, Ketua Umum Dwi Aroem Hadiatie, Sekjen Ratu Dian, Bendahara Andri Noviar, serta Ketua Harian Majelis Ta’lim Baitus Sholihin (MT-BS) Amriyati Amin. Hadir pula pengusaha, filantropis, konservasionis, sekaligus owner Rahmat International Wildlife Museum and Gallery Rahmat Shah, Pembina Hogers Indonesia Tito Soelistio, Ketua Umum Motor Besar Indonesia sekaligus Ketua Umum Rescue Otomotif Indonesia Rio Castello, serta Sekretaris IMI DKI Jakarta Dodi Irawan.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, Ramadhan bukan sekadar menahan lapar dan haus. Melainkan juga melatih dan menajamkan kepekaan sosial sekaligus momen berbagi kebahagiaan kepada sesama, khususnya kepada anak yatim piatu.

“Sehingga bisa terjalin soliditas dan solidaritas yang kuat untuk menghasilkan harmoni dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara,” jelas Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Pemuda Pancasila dan Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menerangkan, UNICEF mencatat sedikitnya ada 153 juta anak yatim piatu di seluruh dunia, sekitar 5,2 persennya tinggal di lembaga pengasuhan atau panti asuhan. Sedangkan di Indonesia, jumlah anak yatim piatu diperkirakan mencapai 106.000 anak, tinggal di 4.800 panti asuhan atau lembaga kesejahteraan sosial anak.

“Jumlah anak yatim piatu di dunia maupun Indonesia, diperkirakan akan bertambah seiring kondisi sosial dan perekonomian. Agar mereka bisa mendapatkan kasih sayang dan terjamin masa depannya, perlu kepedulian dari kita semua,” pungkas Bamsoet. (*)
