Polpum akan Terapkan Manajemen Organisasi Berbasis Reward & Punishment

KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA  –  Kementrian Dalam Negeri melalui Direktorat Jenderal Politik & Pemerintahan Umum (Polpum) akan menerapkan manajemen organisasi berbasis reward (penghargaan) and punishment (hukuman).  Dengan penerapan reward dan punishment diharapkan akan terbangun disiplin, loyalitas dan semangat kerja bagi aparatur PNS di lingkungan Polpum.

Demikian arahan Dirjen Polpum Kemendagri Soedarmo pada malam ramah tamah usai kegiatan Outbound di Pantai Karnaval, Ancol, Jakarta Rabu Malam (1/11/2017).

Menurut Soedarmo, reward dan punishment merupakan salah satu cara memotivasi aparatur PNS di lingkungan Ditjen Polpum. Salah satu sisi dari bentuk reward dan punishment adalah kompensasi bagi karyawan untuk menerimanya dan merupakan kewajiban bagi organisasi atau individu atas kerja yang telah dilakukan. Dengan demikian dengan suatu kebijakan tertentu kebijakan reward dan punishment akan dapat menjadi pendorong usaha bagi individu untuk mencapai prestasinya yang terbaik sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.

“Reward dan punishment menjadi bagian penting untuk perlu dipahami agar dapat memberikan hasil yang semakin meningkat bagi organisasi Polpum,” tandasnya.

Soedarmo menambahkan, satu bentuk reward & punishment yang akan diterapkan yaitu melalui absensi kehadiran di hari Senin pada saat upacara  pagi. “Kehadiran anda di upacara penarikan bendera itu merupakan salah satu bukti anda ikut bela negara,” tegasnya.

Karena  itu, Soedarmo meminta kepada Bapak Sesditjen untuk mencatat siapa-siapa saya dari lingkungan Polpum yang tidak hadir  tanpa keterangan (TK) pada hari Senin. Pada saat bersamaam, Ditjen Polpum juga akan memikirkan bentuk reward bagi yang disiplin.

Dalam sambutannya, Ditjen Polpum memberikan apresiasi atas terselenggaranya kegiatan Outbond di Pantai Karnaval Ancol.  Dia memahami bahwa kegiatan outbond yang dilakukan dengan senang hati, ikhlas, dan tanpa beban ini diharapkan juga akan berdampak pada pengabdian PNS setelah kembali ke unitnya masing-masing.

“Pelayanan aparatur pemerintah yang didasarkan pada sikap keikhlasan, senang hati dan tanpa ada beban merupakan esensi keberhasilan dari sebuah pelayanan. Saya mengharapkan agar nilai-nilai itu juga berimplikasi pada kegiatan anda di unit masing-masing,” pungkasnya. (Zul/Foto:Enhar)
