TULUNGAGUNG – Implementasi dalam rangka menyerap informasi dari masyarakat Polres Tulungagung menggelar acara program “KANDANI”, yakni Komunikasi Anda Dengan Polisi.

Kapolres Tulungagung, AKBP Eko Hartanto, SIK, MH, Jumat (23/09/2022) mengatakan program layanan menyerap aspirasi dan informasi dari masyarakat bertempat di Balai Kecamatan Ngantru Kabupaten Tulungagung.

“Program ini merupakan cara untuk mendengar keluh kesah masyarakat Terkait gangguan kamtibmas dan permasalahan lain yang ada di wilayah kecamatan Ngantru,” ujarnya.

 

“Kandani ini merupakan dialog kamtibmas Polres Tulungagung dengan komunitas dan masyarakat di wilayah hukum setempat. Termasuk para Kapolsek dan unsur muspika bisa laksanakan kegiatan seperti Kandani, Salah satu program unggulan dari Bapak Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen. Pol. Dr. Nico Afinta.” ungkap Kapolres.

Layanan penyerapan aspirasi dan informasi yang dikemas dalam Kandani, Polres Tulungagung ini akan mempermudah masyarakat mendapatkan berbagai informasi terkait masalah pelayanan kepolisian, pengaduan kriminalitas, bencana hingga informasinseputar tugas tugas kepolisian ditengah masyarakat.

“Masyarakat juga bisa mendapatkan informasi pelayanan SIM, STNK/BPKB. Informasi mengenai SKCK, SP2HP, SPKT, pengawalan, patroli maupun keramaian,” papar Kapolres.

Dalam program ini, pihaknya juga mengajak Bupati Tulungagung dan Komandan Kodim Tulungagung, serta SKPD yang ada di kabupaten Tulungagung, jadi dalam program ini bukan hanya programnya polisi saja, namun ini adalah suatu wadah komunikasi yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh semuanya.

 

“Kita sadari Kandani tidak bisa dilakukan secara sendiri, namun dengan sinergitas bersama Tiga Pilar Kabupaten dilanjutkan ke jajaran Forkopimcam hingga level desa,” tambahnya”

Termasuk masalah Covid 19, bahwa virus Covid sampai saat ini masih ada di wilayah kita, maka kita semuanya harus tetap menjaga dan menjalani protokol kesehatan, termasuk masyarakat harus ikut kegiatan vaksin, sebagai sarana ikhtiar kita terhadap wabah virus Covid.

Dalam kegiatan itu masyarakat menyampaikan langsung keluhan pada Polisi.

Adanya biaya penyelesainnya kasus laka apakah dalam penyelesain masalah laka diperbolehkan adanya biaya tersebut, balap liar diwilayah Pojok ngantru, terkait dengan peruntukan SIM bolehkan SIM A biasa diperbolehkan mengemudikan ambulan, mohon bantuan kehadiran polri untuk pembinaan di sekolah dan kehadiran polri dalam membantu penyebrangan

“Terhadap aturan pinjam pakai bukti laka dengan biaya tertentu tidak ada dan tidak diperbolehkan, namun kalau masyarakat memberikan secara sukarela dipersilahkan, adanya balap liar akan diselesaikan secara komprehensip dengan pemerintah daerah ke arah kegiatan yang positif.

Namun bila ada unsur judi maka tindakan hukum yang akan ditempuh. sopir ambulan bisa menggunakan SIM A, untuk menyopiri ambulan, agar kasatbinmas lakukan pembinaan di sekolah sekolah, termasuk Kasatlantas giatkan kembali PKS.

 

Acara tersbut dihadiri wakil bupati Tulungagung H Gatut Sunu Wibowo SE, Komandan Kodim 0807 letkol Noris Agus rinanto, wakil ketua DPRD kabupaten Tulungagung, perwakilan kajari, Forkopimcam, kepala Desa, kepala sekolah dan SKPD kecamatan Ngantru, tomas, toga dan Tamu undangan.
