*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Gokar Bambang Soesatyo menuturkan salah satu faktor fundamental dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi nasional adalah kesadaran dan komitmen penuh dari segenap pelaku usaha, termasuk di dalamnya para pengusaha muda. Dalam konsepsi tersebut, para pengusaha muda khususnya HIPMI Jakarta Pusat, memiliki peran sentral dan menentukan.

 

“Fasilitas infratruktur dunia usaha yang banyak tersedia di DKI Jakarta, menjadikan wilayah ibukota sebagai epicentrum kegiatan kewirausahaan. Keberhasilan HIPMI Jakarta Pusat mendorong kinerja perekonomian, tentunya menjadi faktor penting dalam mewujudkan akselerasi pemulihan perekonomian nasional,” ujar Bamsoet saat menjadi pembicara utama dalam Rapat Kerja Cabang (RAKERCAB) Badan Pengurus Cabang HIPMI Jakarta Pusat, di Jakarta, Senin (19/9/22).

Hadir antara lain Ketua Umum BPD HIPMI Jaya Sona Maesana dan Ketua Umum BPC HIPMI Jakarta Pusat Riandy Haroen.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, akselerasi pemulihan ekonomi dengan mengoptimalkan peran pengusaha muda, tentunya meniscayakan adanya pertumbuhan pengusaha muda secara signifikan. Saat ini rasio jumlah pengusaha muda terhadap populasi jumlah penduduk Indonesia masih belum optimal, baru mencapai 3,4 persen. Angka tersebut masih jauh jika dibandingkan dengan Malaysia sebesar 5 persen dan Singapura sebesar 7 persen. Kondisi ini harus menjadi pelecut untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan generasi muda.

 

“Aspek lain yang penting kita perhatikan, bahwa tren dunia industri saat ini dipenuhi dengan digitalisasi pada hampir semua lini. Segala sesuatu yang manual, natural, dan mekanis akan digantikan dengan yang serba digital. Hikmah di balik pandemi Covid-19, sedikit banyak turut mendorong tumbuh kembang ekonomi digital, di mana pola perilaku konsumsi masyarakat mulai merasa nyaman dengan pelayanan dan transaksi yang serba cepat dan efisien,” kata Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar sekaligus Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menerangkan, pesatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di tanah air juga didukung oleh tingginya tingkat penetrasi internet di tanah air. Tercatat, pada tahun 2012 pengguna internet di Indonesia baru mencapai 39,6 juta jiwa. Kini setelah satu dasawarsa berlalu, tingkat penetrasi internet melonjak hingga menyentuh angka 205 juta user atau 73,7 persen dari total populasi pada awal Januari 2022.

 

“Kedepan, proyeksi pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di Indonesia begitu menjanjikan, bahkan digadang gadang akan menjadi kunci pertumbuhan ekonomi pasca pandemi. Dengan nilai ekonomi mencapai 70 miliar US dollar, ekonomi digital Indonesia menjadi yang tertinggi di Asia Tenggara. Bahkan Google dalam laporan East Ventures Digital Competitiveness Index 2021 juga memproyeksikan bahwa pada tahun 2025 mendatang, kontribusi ekonomi digital pada perekonomian Indonesia akan mencapai 124 miliar US dollar,” urai Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Pemuda Pancasila dan Wakil Ketua Umum FKPPI ini menambahkan, berbagai catatan mengenai pesatnya tumbuh kembang ekonomi digital di Indonesia, adalah realita yang harus disikapi dengan bijaksana. Karena setiap fenomena ekonomi akan selalu melahirkan dua sisi paradigma. Misalnya, ekonomi digital menghadirkan otomasi dan efisiensi, namun sebagai konsekuensinya, juga memangkas kebutuhan tenaga kerja konvensional. Jenis pekerjaan bisa berubah setiap saat. Banyak jenis pekerjaan yang hilang, tetapi di sisi lain, makin banyak pula jenis pekerjaan baru yang bermunculan.
