KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Ketua MPR, Zulkifli Hasan, menegaskan, relasi antara Islam dan Kebangsaan sudah melebur menjadi satu dan tidak boleh dikotak-kotakkan.

Hasan menyampaikan hal itu saat menghadiri Silaturrahmi Nasional III Majelis Tafsir Al Qur’an, di Stadion Manahan, Surakarta, Jawa Tengah, Minggu, seperti dikutip melalui siaran pers MPR.

Hadir pada Silatnas III MTA ini, Presiden Joko Widodo, Menteri Sekretaris Negera, Pratikno, Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Ganjar Pranowo, serta ratusan ribu kader MTA dari seluruh Indonesia yang memenuhi Stadion Manahan.

“Siapapun yang masih mencoba mengkotak-kotakkan hal ini berarti tak paham sejarah,” kata Zulkifli seperti dikutip melalui siaran pers MPR, Minggu.

Dia berharap, MTA dan organisasi masyarakat Islam lainnya terus menjaga semangat kebersamaan sesama umat Islam.

Kalau di antara umat Islam ada perbedaam, menurut dia, agar disimpan saja dan munculkan kebersamaan.
“Majukan umat Islam dengan ilmu pengetahuan, pendidikan, daya saing, dan kewirausahaan,”

Menurut dia, perbedaan adalah rahmat yang harus dijaga sebaik-baiknya dan dimanfaatkan untuk saling menguatkan, bukan malah untuk dipertentangkan.

Adanya perbedaan suku, agama, ras, dan antar-golongan di Indonesia, menurut Zulkifli, sudah selesai pada saat Indonesia merdeka 72 tahun lalu.

“Sekarang saatnya bangsa Indonesia terus menggalang kebersamaan untuk maju bersama dan sejahtera bersama. Memperjuangkan kemajuan Indonesia, bukan memperjuangkan kelompoknya sendiri,” kata dia. (Ant)
