Barisan Pembaharuan: Bak Puan Tidak Usah Baper, Saat Turba Belum Bisa Ditemani Gubernur Jateng
Puan Maharani Kecewa Tak Disambut Ganjar Di Solo, Relawan Ganjar: Gubernur Bukan Bawahan DPR RI
Jakarta – Relawan Jokowi ‘Barisan Pembaharuan’ mengingatkan Puan Maharani Ketua DPR RI jangan jadi wakil rakyat yang selalu bawa perasaan (baper). Sebab, saat kunjungan ke Jawa Tengah Puan Maharani merasa kecewa dan curhat, dirinya tak disambut di daerah.
“Bak Puan Maharani kan wakil rakyat bukan wakil pemerintah atau wakilnya para Gubernur. Jadi kalau kunjungan ke daerah belum disambut oleh Gubernur jangan baper. Mungkin Gubenurnya lagi fokus ngurusin rakyat,” kata Syafrudin Budiman SIP Ketua Umum Presidium Pusat Barisan Pembaharuan (PP-BP) organisasi Relawan Jokowi saat Pilpres 2019 ini kepada media, Jum’at malam (11/02/2022) di Jakarta.
Menurut Gus Din sapaan akrab Syafrudin Budiman ini, Puan Maharani sebagai wakil rakyat boleh kesal dan kecewa kalau jalannya pemerintahan di daerah tidak berjalan maksimal. Bahkan, DPR RI bisa memanggil Gubernur kalau dianggap menyalahi aturan perundangan-undangan pemerintahan.
“Masak urusan sepele tak disambut, curhatnya jadi kabar se-Indonesia. Lah kalau baperan lebih baik jadi artis sinetron, jangan jadi wakil rakyat,” sindir Ketua Relawan Jokowi yang sekarang resmi mendukung Ganjar Pranowo for President 2024.
Ia juga mengatakan, sesuai UU Pemerintahan, Gubernur itu bukan bawahan DPR RI (legalitif). Dimana yang berhak baper atau marah Presiden Jokow, kalau ada Ganjar Pranowo tidak hadir, Presiden bisa negur.
“Ganjar Pranowo sebagai Gubernur Jateng garis intruksinya dari Presiden Jokowi. Kalau pertanggungjawaban nya ke DPRD Provinsi bukan ke DPR RI. Jadi kalau tak hadir bisa diwakili Wagub, Sekda Provinsi, Bupati dan bahkan camat atau lurah,” jabarnya.
Lanjutnya, kalau Ganjar Pranowo mau menyambut Puan Maharani sebagai atasan di DPP PDI Perjuangan, sifatnya garis partai. Tentu acaranya dalam acara kegiatan partai dan itupun kalau tidak mendesak.
“Ganjar Pranowo pernah mau datang nyambut Bak Puan di acara PDI Perjuangan. Tapi Pak Ganjar malah ngak diajak atau dicuekin, dan beliau ngak baper walau tak diundang,” ucap Gus Din menerangkan kejadian sebelumnya.
Terakhir katanya, kalaupun Puan Maharani sebagai Ketua DPR RI memberitahukan secara protokol pemerintah, dipastikan Ganjar Pranowo akan hadir. Namun kalau mendadak dan tidak terlalu mendesak, pasti akan diwakilkan.
“Pak Ganjar itu halus orangnya, ngerti menghargai pemimpin walau bukan atasannya langsung di pemerintahan. Kalau sesuai protokoler dan tidak mendesak, dipastikan hadir,” ujar Gus Din membela.
Ketidakhadiran Ganjar Pranowo pada acara peresmian Pasar Legi Solo yang dilakukan Puan, karena Gubernur Jateng tersebut ada acara presentasi mitigasi bencana di Jakarta.
“Ganjar Pranowo selaku Gubernur Jateng ada presentasi mitigasi bencana, undangannya terlalu malam sehingga Pak Ganjar terlanjur berangkat ke Jakarta, karena di acara itu sudah dijadwalkan untuk presentasi kebencanaan,” pungkas Gus Din yang juga Ketua Umum DPP Partai UKM Indonesia yang mendukung Ganjar Pranowo for President 2024.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI-P), Puan Maharani mengungkapkan ada Gubernur yang tak mau menyambut dirinya saat turun ke daerah.
“Kenapa saya datang ke Sulawesi Utara itu tiga pilar bisa jalan, jemput saya, ngurusin saya, secara positif ya. Kenapa saya punya gubernur kok nggak bisa kaya begitu, justru yang ngurusin saya gubernur lain,” ujar Puan saat memberikan arahan dalam rapat koordinasi tiga pilar PDI-P di Provinsi Sulut, Rabu (9/2/2022), di Luwansa Hotel, Manado.
Dalam hatinya, Puan bertanya-tanya kenapa bisa ada gubernur seperti itu.
Padahal, kata Puan, ia merupakan Ketua DPR ke-23 sejak 1945.
“Kenapa gitu loh, ini kan jadi pertanyaan. Kok bisa gitu, saya ini Ketua DPR ke-23 dari tahun 45 setelah ada menjabat DPR-DPR, itu saya Ketua DPR ke-23,” kata Puan.
“Baru pertama kali dari PDI Perjuangan (Ketua DPR), walaupun PDI Perjuangan udah pernah menang,” tambahnya.
Ia mengaku heran ada kepala daerah yang tidak bangga saat dirinya berkunjung ke daerah.
“Ke daerah ketemu kepala daerah, kepala daerahnya tidak bangga ya kepada saya, kayak males-malesan,” sebutnya.
“Bikin kesel kan,” kata Puan di hadapan kader PDI-P Sulut, baik eksekutif, legislatif, dan pengurus struktur partai.
Spontan para kader mengatakan, “diganti”. Puan merespons dengan melempar senyum. Dikatakannya, berada pada kursi sebagai Ketua DPR tidak bisa sendirian, ini butuh perjuangan.
“Ini perjuangan kita sebagai keluarga besar PDI Perjuangan, satu nasional dalam pileg dan pilpres itu. Karena Undang-undang menyatakan partai pemenang pemilu lah yang boleh atau berhak mempunyai Ketua DPR RI,” paparnya. (Lp)
