Unit Reskrim Polsek Medan Timur menangkap empat anggota geng motor sadis yang kerap beraksi di sejumlah lokasi di Medan.

Kapolsek Medan Timur Kompol Rona Tambunan melalui Kanit Reskrim Iptu J Simamora mengatakan, keempat pelaku itu berinisial DP (18) warga Jalan KL Yos Sudarso Kecamatan Medan Barat, MFM (17) warga Karya Cilincing Kecamatan Medan Barat, MRF (17) warga Jalan Perona Kecamatan Medan Selayang dan DP (17) warga Jalan KL Yos Sudarso Medan Barat.

“Keempatnya merupakan anggota geng motor bernama 234SC,” ucap dia, Kamis (8/9/2022).

Masih dia, penangkapan terhadap komplotan geng motor ini bermula dari adanya laporan seorang warga yang menjadi korban pembegalan menggunakan senjata tajam. “Korban dibegal oleh para tersangka di Jalan Mahameru Kecamatan Medan Timur. Akibatnya korban kehilangan sepeda motor,” terangnya.

Dari laporan inilah, petugas Unit Reskrim Polsek Medan Timur melakukan penyelidikan untuk mengejar para tersangka. “Kita menerima informasi kalau ada satu rumah di Jalan Karya Cilincing Gang Kartini Kecamatan Medan Barat sering dijadikan tempat nongkrong anggota geng motor,” ucap dia.

Setelah menerima laporan itu, sambung dia, petugas yang dipimpin oleh Kanit Reskrim Polsek Medan Timur Iptu J Simamora langsung ke lokasi rumah tersebut. “Kita dapat laporan geng motor 234 SC sering ngumpul di lokasi itu. Dimana geng motor ini sering melakukan aksi kejahatan jalanan menggunakan senjata tajam,” katanya.

Kemudian, sambung dia, begitu tiba di markas geng motor itu, petugas mendapatkan tiga orang remaja yang masih dibawah umur. “Tiga orang pelaku DP, MFM dan DP kita amankan di lokasi itu,” jelasnya.

Lalu, sambung Kanit, setelah diinterogasi ketiga remaja ini ternyata mengaku kalau beraksi di Jalan Mahameru Kecamatan Medan Timur. “Dari pengakuan mereka, sepeda motor korban disimpan di rumah rekannya MRF alias Kibo Jalan Perona Kecamatan Medan Selayang,” jawab Simamora.

Kemudian, petugas Unit Reskrim Polsek Medan Timur menuju rumah MRF alias Kibo yang merupakan tempat penyimpanan sepeda motor korban itu. “Di rumah ini kita menangkap MRF alias Kibo yang juga ikut terlibat merampas sepeda motor korban,” ucapnya.

Dari lokasi rumah MRF, sambung dia, petugas mendapatkan dua Unit sepeda motor hasil curian dengan kekerasan. “Ada satu pelaku lagi yang masih dalam pengejaran. Pelaku ini berinisial K,” ujar dia.

Lanjutnya, keempat pelaku mengaku geng motor 234 SC yang sering melakukan pencurian dengan kekerasan menggunakan senjata tajam di beberapa lokasi di Kota Medan. Lokasi itu diantaranya Jalan Brayan depan patung kuda mas, pintu tol Helvetia Medan-Binjai, dan pintu tol Tanjung Mulia.(AVID/R)
