*1. PT Pertamina (Persero) menyiapkan 391 motor pengangkut bahan bakar minyak (BBM) atau motoris yang bisa dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk mengisi bahan bakar di tengah perjalanan mudik. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Menyambut baik keberadaan ‘SPBU berjalan’ atau motoris yang ditujukan PT Pertamina sebagai antisipasi jika terdapat pemudik yang kehabisan bensin akibat kemacetan lalu lintas. Upaya ini juga diharapkan efektif dalam mengurai hingga meminimalisir antrean khususnya saat periode mudik Lebaran.
B. Meminta pemerintah dan PT Pertamina untuk terus melakukan pemantauan terhadap kebutuhan bahan bakar jelang periode mudik, sehingga pasokan dapat disesuaikan dengan permintaan masyarakat.
C. Meminta PT Pertamina untuk juga mengoptimalkan Satgas Internal yang berfungsi mengawal penambahan pasokan BBM menjelang periode mudik. Mengingat, tingginya mobilitas masyarakat saat periode mudik Lebaran yang juga akan berdampak pada tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat akan stok BBM.
D. Meminta komitmen PT Pertamina untuk siap menyediakan seluruh kebutuhan energi masyarakat khususnya BBM terutama sepanjang periode libur Lebaran, salah satunya dengan mengamankan pasokan BBM diluar kuota yang telah ditentukan di seluruh daerah.
*2. Ombudsman RI menilai Rancangan Undang-Undang atau RUU Kesehatan belum mengakomodir hak-hak kesehatan kelompok rentan dalam memperoleh layanan kesehatan. Bahkan Pengurus Besar Ikatan Dokter Indonesia atau PB IDI meminta agar pembahasan RUU Kesehatan dihentikan dan tidak diteruskan. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta seluruh stakeholders terkait, pertama-tama, dalam melakukan pembahasan RUU Kesehatan agar memperhatikan hak dan kewajiban dalam penyelenggaraan kesehatan, yakni seperti setiap orang berhak memperoleh layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, adil, dan tanpa diskriminasi, serta jaminan bahwa RUU Kesehatan pada penerapannya nanti tidak menganggu atau menghambat stabilitas nasional, sebab sejumlah stakeholders di sektor kesehatan menyebutkan bahwa RUU Kesehatan akan berdampak pada terganggunya pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan.
B. Meminta seluruh stakeholders yang terlibat dalam pembahasan dan penyusunan RUU Kesehatan Omnibus Law memperhatikan hak masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi kesehatan, yaitu hak untuk memperoleh informasi dan edukasi dari tenaga medis maupun tenaga kesehatan.
C. Meminta seluruh stakeholders yang terlibat dalam pembahasan dan penyusunan RUU Kesehatan memastikan peran pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah diatur secara tepat, dikarenakan pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang baik bagi masyarakat tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah pusat, melainkan juga oleh pemerintah daerah.
D. Meminta seluruh stakeholders yang terlibat dalam pembahasan dan penyusunan RUU Kesehatan memperhatikan betul-betul mengenai pemenuhan penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, yakni pengendalian faktor risiko, fungsi pengawasan dalam konteks pencegahan, dan fungsi pengawasan dalam konteks penindakan, dikarenakan adanya penilaian bahwa RUU Kesehatan saat ini masih belum memaksimalkan peran pemerintah untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan pengendalian risiko melalui pengaturan fungsi surveilans secara komprehensif.
E. Meminta seluruh stakeholders yang terlibat dalam pembahasan dan penyusunan RUU Kesehatan benar-benar melibatkan perwakilan dokter maupun tenaga kesehatan lainnya dalam menyusun dan melanjutkan pembahasan RUU Kesehatan, agar RUU Kesehatan bisa mengakomodir seluruh polemik di sektor kesehatan, tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai atau kode etik yang berlaku di bidang kesehatan.
*3. Terjadi kasus penyalahgunaan quick response code indonesian standard/QRIS, yakni kasus ditemukannya puluhan kode batang atau barcode QRIS palsu yang ditempel di area Masjid Nurul Iman memiliki kesamaan dengan QRIS aspal yang ditemukan di Masjid Agung Al-Azhar. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta aparat Kepolisian berkoordinasi dengan stakeholders terkait, untuk segera mengusut kasus tersebut sampai tuntas, dan segera menemukan pelaku untuk diberikan sanksi sesuai peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.
B. Meminta aparat Kepolisian berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Keuangan/Kemenkeu dan perbankan untuk melakukan upaya preventif guna mencegah penyalahgunaan QRIS untuk keuntungan pribadi, seperti diantaranya menekankan penggunaan QRIS hanya untuk pembayaran-pembayaran resmi saja, ataupun melalui upaya lainnya.
C. Meminta stakeholders terkait, meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap penggunaan QRIS agar masyarakat mendapatkan jaminan keamanan selama menggunakan QRIS dalam melakukan berbagai transaksi pembayaran.
D. Mengimbau masyarakat untuk lebih teliti dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran, khususnya melalui QRIS, seperti dengan memastikan terlebih dahulu nama atau tujuan pembayaran, serta diimbau untuk tidak melanjutkan transaksi apabila nama atau tujuan pembayaran tidak resmi atau terlihat tidak meyakinkan.
