*1. Gunung Anak Krakatau di perairan Selat Sunda (Jawa-Sumatera) terdeteksi mengalami letusan sebanyak enam kali dengan ketinggian kolom abu vulkanis mencapai 2.000 meter dan berstatus Level III (siaga) pada Selasa (28/3). Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) bersama Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) untuk tetap siaga dalam melakukan antisipasi terhadap potensi terjadinya bencana alam di sekitar Gunung Anak Krakatau, sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya korban.
B. Meminta Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana (PVMBG) untuk tetap terus memberikan informasi terupdate kepada masyarakat, baik melalui media cetak, media siber, maupun media siaran mengenai kondisi terkini dari status Gunung Anak Krakatau.
C. Meminta BPBD untuk memberikan imbauan kepada masyarakat setempat, nelayan hingga wisatawan agar tidak melakukan aktivitas atau mendekati area GAK dengan radius lima kilometer karena dikhawatirkan aktivitas erupsi GAK akan terus terjadi dalam beberapa hari kedepan.
D. Mengimbau masyarakat agar tetap tenang namun tetap meningkatkan kewaspadaannya, serta selalu memantau atau mengupdate informasi terkini yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah daerah setempat maupun PVMBG mengenai status GAK hingga peringatan dini yang bisa muncul kapanpun.
*2. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia melakukan penyesuaian rekomendasi vaksinasi covid-19 untuk fase baru pandemi, yakni tidak lagi merekomendasikan vaksinasi Covid-19 penguat atau booster tambahan bagi orang dewasa biasa dengan risiko sedang, karena manfaatnya cenderung kecil. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kementerian Kesehatan/Kemenkes, menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai acuan dalam menentukan target prioritas dari vaksin booster covid-19, sehingga dapat berfokus pada upaya vaksinasi booster bagi masyarakat yang memiliki risiko terbesar penyakit parah hingga kematian akibat covid-19.
B. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes, mengelompokkan masyarakat yang menjadi target prioritas vaksin booster covid, yaitu orang dewasa yang lebih tua atau lanjut usia/lansia, orang yang memiliki komorbid, orang dengan kondisi kekebalan tubuh yang rentan seperti penderita HIV, perempuan hamil, dan tenaga medis.
C. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes, mengawasi agar masyarakat yang menjadi prioritas untuk melengkapi vaksin covid-19, mendapatkan vaksinasi penuh covid-19, hingga vaksinasi penguat, dan meminta pihak fasilitas kesehatan/faskes untuk mendukung penuh upaya tersebut dengan mengajak atau melakukan upaya jemput bola terhadap kelompok masyarakat prioritas tersebut.
D. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes, agar bersinkronisasi dengan Badan Kesehatan Dunia dalam hal pemberian vaksin covid, dikarenakan keputusan vaksinasi covid-19 harus disesuaikan dengan prioritas program kesehatan dan efektivitas biaya.
*3. Pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kementerian Kesehatan atau Kemenkes mewaspadai potensi penularan Virus Marburg di Indonesia. Meski penilaian risiko cepat atau rapid risk assesment penyakit Virus Marburg pada 20 Februari 2023 menyatakan importasi kasus rendah di Indonesia, namun kewaspadaan dini perlu ditingkatkan karena tingginya fatalitas virus Marburg. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes berkoordinasi dengan Badan Kesehatan Dunia untuk memantau perkembangan virus tersebut, agar dapat dilakukan langkah kewaspadaan dini yang tepat dan antisipasi terhadap penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh virus Marburg.
B. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes mengajak pemerintah daerah, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan, Sumber Daya Manusia/SDM kesehatan, dan para pemangku kepentingan untuk berhati-hati terhadap virus Marburg, dengan memperhatikan gejala yang timbul apabila terpapar virus tersebut.
C. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes, mensosialisasikan upaya untuk mencegah terpapar virus Marburg dan pertolongan pertama apabila terpapar, dan menginformasikan gejala atau identifikasi apabila terpapar virus Marburg, seperti demam tinggi, sakit kepala, nyeri otot, mual, muntah, diare, dan perdarahan.
D. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkes dan para peneliti untuk terus berkoordinasi dengan Badan Kesehatan Dunia dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan vaksin untuk menangkal dan mencegah dampak buruk apabila terpapar virus Marburg.
