RESPON ISU AKTUAL KETUA MPR RI BAMBANG SOESATYO* *SELASA, 13 JUNI 2023*

*1. Badan Pengawas Pemilu atau Bawaslu menyampaikan bahwa dihapusnya ketentuan Laporan Penerimaan Sumbangan Dana Kampanye atau LPSDK yang seharusnya diserahkan ke Komisi Pemilihan Umum atau KPU dapat menyulitkan pengawasan aliran dana kampanye peserta Pemilihan Umum atau Pemilu 2024. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*

A. Meminta para penyelenggara Pemilu, dalam hal ini KPU, menjelaskan solusi atau cara lain agar transparansi dalam aliran dana kampanye tetap bisa diketahui dan diawasi secara masif, dikarenakan LPSDK merupakan upaya dan praktik baik yang mestinya menjadi komitmen semua pihak untuk mewujudkan pemilu yang bersih, transparan, dan antikorupsi.

B. Meminta penyelenggara pemilu, dalam hal ini KPU, menjelaskan faktor pencetus yang menyebabkan dihapusnya regulasi terkait LPSDK, dikarenakan terciptanya aturan terkait LPSDK pada awalnya juga memiliki landasan alasan yang kuat, utamanya dalam mendukung pemilu yang bersih.

C. Meminta Bawaslu berkoordinasi dengan Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan atau PPATK untuk tetap menelusuri aliran dana di masa kampanye bagi peserta pemilu, guna memastikan dana tersebut bukan berasal dari sumber ilegal sebagaimana dilarang dalam Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu.

D. Meminta penyelenggara Pemilu menegakkan komitmen dalam mewujudkan pemilu sesuai asas langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil, dan memastikan seluruh proses pelaksanaan pemilu sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu.

*2. Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana atau BNPB memberikan peringatan terhadap potensi kekeringan di wilayah Jawa, Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*

A. Meminta BNPB dan pemerintah daerah waspada dan berhati-hati terhadap dampak dari potensi kekeringan yang dialami tersebut, dikarenakan wilayah-wilayah tersebut merupakan wilayah rawan kekeringan dalam data yang telah diteliti selama kurang lebih jangka waktu 10 tahun terakhir.

B. Meminta BNPB mengupayakan teknologi modifikasi cuaca atau TMC, diantaranya dengan menciptakan hujan buatan untuk mengisi maupun mempertahankan posisi air di waduk-waduk, sehingga stok atau ketersediaan air untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tetap terjaga.

C. Meminta BNPB dan pemerintah daerah juga mengantisipasi wilayah Sumatra dan Kalimantan yang memiliki banyak kawasan hutan, dikarenakan kekeringan dapat mengarah pada potensi kebakaran hutan dan lahan atau karhutla.

D. Meminta pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah berkomitmen dalam menyediakan air bersih sebagai kebutuhan dan hak masyarakat, dikarenakan air bersih juga merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan sanitasi yang bersih, mencegah gizi buruk, dan hidup yang sehat, agar tercipta generasi mendatang yang berkualitas.

*3. Sehubungan dengan temuan bunker Narkoba di kampus daerah Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, semakin menegaskan status darurat Narkoba di Indonesia. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*

A. Sangat menyesalkan adanya kasus Narkoba yang masuk ke lingkungan pendidikan, disamping meminta aparat kepolisian bersama Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) untuk secara serius mendalami/mengusut tuntas kasus tersebut hingga ke akarnya dan melakukan penegakan hukum yang tegas serta profesional. Sehingga diharapkan, menimbulkan efek jera bagi pelaku maupun jaringan yang terlibat dalam kasus ini.

B. Meminta Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek Dikti) agar membentuk satgas khusus untuk memastikan kampus terbebas dari peredaran dan penimbunan narkoba. Yang mana nantinya, Satgas khusus itu akan melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke kampus-kampus sebagai bentuk sikap memerangi narkoba di lingkungan kampus.

C. Meminta Kemendikbudristek Dikti mengajak pihak kampus, sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan untuk lebih ketat lagi mengawasi perilaku mahasiswa atau para pelajar. Mengingat, target kejahatan narkoba yang utama saat ini adalah generasi muda.

D. Meminta komitmen Kemendikbudristek Dikti untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap kampus seluruh Indonesia agar tidak ada lagi celah masuknya peredaran gelap Narkoba.
