*1. Detasemen Khusus (Densus) 88 Antiteror Polri menangkap tiga terduga teroris di sejumlah wilayah Indonesia selama satu pekan terakhir. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Mengapresiasi kinerja Densus 88 Antiteror Polri yang telah berupaya melakukan penangkapan terhadap sejumlah terduga teroris di Indonesia, dan meminta agar aparat serta pihak yang berperan dalam pemantauan dan penangkapan teroris dapat terus melakukan pengembangan terhadap terduga teroris yang telah tertangkap, sehingga jaringan hingga motif dapat diketahui.
B. Meminta Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT), Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) dan Densus 88 Antiteror untuk terus mendalami juga menelusuri setiap motif hingga jaringan para terduga teroris sampai ke akar-akarnya. Dengan begitu, diharapkan dapat mempersempit ruang gerak teroris hingga mencegah terjadinya aksi terorisme di tanah air.
C. Meminta komitmen BNPT dan Densus 88 Antiteror untuk terus meningkatkan sinergi dan koordinasi dalam menyiapkan strategi yang tepat serta melakukan deteksi dini pergerakan terorisme maupun radikalisme di seluruh wilayah.
D. Meminta BNPT dan BIN untuk terus bekerja sama dalam melakukan pemetaan daerah hingga kelompok yang rentan terpapar paham radikalisme, sehingga dapat diberikan atensi khusus juga upaya lainnya yang efektif mencegah berkembangnya pemahaman radikalisme dan terbentuknya kelompok teroris ditengah masyarakat.
*2. Terjadi kembali kasus tindak pidana perdagangan orang atau TPPO, yakni adanya oknum yang menjual 15 orang pekerja ke perusahaan di Riau. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta aparat penegak hukum untuk segera mengusut tuntas kasus tersebut dan memberikan sanksi kepada oknum yang melakukan pelanggaran sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang atau UU No. 21 Tahun 2007 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang.
B. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan/Kemenaker dan Badan Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia/BP2MI untuk serius dalam menangani dan mengatasi kasus-kasus TPPO yang masih marak terjadi di Indonesia, yakni dengan berfokus pada upaya pencegahan dan penanganan, sehingga kasus TPPO di masa mendatang dapat lebih diminimalisir.
C. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini BP2MI bersama Kepolisian, menelusuri dan memberantas pelaku TPPO sampai ke akar-akarnya, dan bersama Kemenaker untuk memastikan tidak ada oknum pejabat atau pun pegawai pemerintahan/lembaga yang terlibat dalam TPPO, mengingat dalam pemberantasan dan pencegahan TPPO harus dibutuhkan Kerjasama lintas lembaga/kementerian.
D. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini BP2MI, menggencarkan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat, utamanya yang akan bekerja di luar negeri sebagai pekerja migran, terkait prosedur pemberangkatan pekerja migran secara legal, agen-agen resmi, dan peringatan untuk tidak mudah tergiur dengan jalan pintas ataupun upah yang besar.
*3. Kementerian Keuangan/Kemenkeu menyampaikan utang pemerintahan pada periode 2015-2022 bertambah Rp 5.125,1 triliun. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*
A. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkeu, untuk melakukan pengelolaan utang negara dengan baik dan maksimal, yaitu dengan risiko yang terkendali, antara lain melalui komposisi yang optimal, baik terkait mata uang, suku bunga, maupun jatuh tempo, dikarenakan diketahui bahwa belanja tetap memiliki nominal yang lebih besar daripada penambahan utang yang menandakan manfaat yang diterima masyarakat jauh lebih besar.
B. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkeu, meningkatkan pendapatan negara, seperti melalui pajak, aktivitas ekspor, pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah/UMKM, dan sebagainya, sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi tetap dapat terjaga meskipun besarnya utang pemerintah yang juga harus dibayar.
C. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkeu, memastikan alokasi utang tersebut bisa diarahkan untuk lebih fokus dalam berbagai upaya untuk mendukung pembiayaan sektor produktif dan belanja prioritas, utamanya dalam rangka menopang dan menjaga pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tetap solid di tengah arus dan kondisi perekonomian global yang masih tidak menentu.
D. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenkeu, berhati-hati dalam menentukan berbagai kebijakan yang terkait dengan utang pemerintah, yakni diantaranya dengan mengawasi dan memastikan batas rasio utang pemerintah 60 persen terhadap produk domestik bruto atau PDB.
