*1. Krisis iklim berdampak pada timbulnya berbagai macam permasalahan, seperti meningkatnya risiko bencana alam, degradasi lingkungan, hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, hingga perampasan akses terhadap kesehatan dan pendidikan yang layak. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*

A. Meminta pemerintah mempersiapkan rencana mitigasi dan penanggulangan risiko, ancaman, dan beban besar yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dalam menanggapi isu krisis iklim, dan mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan upaya-upaya yang dapat mengurangi emisi karbon.

B. Meminta pemerintah waspada dan berupaya mencegah adanya perilaku yang dapat menimbulkan emisi gas rumah kaca, penggundulan hutan, hingga praktik-praktik yang berbahaya bagi keberlanjutan dan kelestarian lingkungan.

C. Meminta pemerintah melakukan penanganan yang tepat dan terukur dalam menghadapi krisis iklim global yang juga berdampak pada krisis iklim nasional, dan menerapkan kebijakan-kebijakan dan berkomitmen mengubah gaya hidup yang lebih berorientasi pada kelestarian lingkungan, seperti menerapkan prinsip gunakan kembali, perbaiki, atau daur ulang (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) barang-barang yang dimiliki.

D. Meminta pemerintah terus menyosialisasikan dan memperluas penggunaan sumber energi yang terbarukan dan lebih ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, seperti dalam penggunaan transportasi listrik yang saat ini tengah digencarkan.

E. Meminta pemerintah juga melakukan penghijauan atau reboisasi di hutan-hutan yang gundul, guna memperbaiki dan mengembalikan fungsi hutan, mengingat langkah reboisasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi krisis iklim.

*2. Persatuan Sepak Bola Seluruh Indonesia/PSSI masih dinilai belum mampu mengelola sepak bola nasional. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*

A. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga/Kemenpora, meminta PSSI untuk mengevaluasi seluruh kinerja dan program yang telah dilakukan selama ini, termasuk dalam strategi dan penuntasan berbagai persoalan sepak bola yang pernah terjadi, dikarenakan persoalan tersebut dinilai masih belum dilakukan secara maksimal, seperti terjadinya keributan antar-suporter dan mafia, dan belum seriusnya pengelolaan dunia sepak bola nasional.

B. Meminta PSSI untuk melakukan pembenahan sistem sepak bola nasional, termasuk mengenai anggaran dasar/anggaran rumah tangga (AD/ART) PSSI, dikarenakan apabila bisa dikelola dengan baik, sepak bola memiliki peluang untuk menghadirkan dampak ekonomi dan sosial yang masif bagi Indonesia.

C. Meminta pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenpora, memberikan dukungan kepada PSSI untuk memperbaiki mutu dan kompetisi sepak bola di Indonesia agar berkualitas, perbaikan kualitas pemain dan pelatih, menghidupkan kompetisi kelompok usia secara berjenjang, membenahi kualitas wasit, meningkatkan kualitas tim nasional/timnas, dan pembenahan lainnya. MPR mengharapkan pembenahan tersebut dilakukan secara menyeluruh atau komprehensif sehingga dunia sepak bola nasional benar-benar terbentuk dengan kualitas yang baik, bahkan memiliki kemampuan sesuai dengan standar kualitas sepak bola dunia.

D. Meminta PSSI menyusun program-program jangka panjang untuk membentuk budaya sepak bola yang baik dan berkualitas dengan membangun nilai, sistem, dan prosedur yang tepat.

*3. Adanya potensi pergerakan wisatawan nusantara sebanyak setengah dari 1,4 miliar terjadi pada saat liburan Lebaran dan Idul Fitri 2023. Respon Ketua MPR RI:*

A. Meminta pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenpar Ekraf) bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Perhubungan untuk mulai memetakan wilayah-wilayah yang menjadi tujuan para wisatawan, agar dapat disiapkan posko-posko mudik, termasuk jalur alternatif, jalur lintas selatan (JLS) yang disesuaikan dengan destinasi wisata yang ada.

B. Meminta Kemenparekraf untuk juga mulai menyiapkan surat edaran kesehatan yang harus dipatuhi wisatawan saat libur Lebaran, melingkupi protokol kesehatan, keselamatan dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan pariwisata serta keberlanjutan lingkungan. Hal ini diperlukan
situasi dan kondisi pandemi saat ini tetap terjaga.

C. Meminta Kemenparekraf untuk dapat menurunkan tim monitoring yang disebar ke seluruh destinasi wisata di seluruh wilayah, dengan tujuan untuk melihat, mengevaluasi hingga memastikan kelayakan serta kesiapan pengelola wisata dalam menyambut dan mengantisipasi lonjakan wisatawan saat libur Lebaran.

D. Mendorong peran pengelola wisata memaksimalkan potensi UMKM di daerahnya masing-masing, sehingga UMKM dapat dijadikan sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi baru di daerah yang diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menunjang pemulihan ekonomi nasional.
