Solusi dan Advokasi Institut (SA Institut) menggelar diskusi dan bedah buku “Halaman Pertama Anas Urbaningrum: Sumpah Monas, Tantangan Mubahalah dan Proyek-proyek Lainnya”. Direktur SA Institut, Suparji Ahmad menilai bahwa dalam kasus Anas Urbaningrum ada berbagai kejanggalan.

“Misalnya yang paling mencenggangkan yakni bocornya Surat Perintah Penyidikan (Sprindik) ke publik. Ini kasus pertama kali dan menghebohkan, mengindikasikan ada kesalahan dalam penegakan hukum kasus Anas Urbaningrum,” kata Suparji, Sabtu (05/02/2022).

“Kemudian soal dakwaan yang tidak jelas dan dari puluhan saksi yang dihadirkan JPU hanya 2 saksi yang menganggap salah. Saksi lain sama sekali tidak ada yang mengkrontuksikan Anas salah,” sambungnya.

Suparji menilai, upaya hukum yang saat ini bisa dilakukan adalah pengajuan Peninjauan Kembali (PK). Nantinya, putusan PK yang baru akan menghapus putusan lama.

“Putusan PK yang lama sangat mungkin dianulir apabila ada putusan PK yang baru. Dan PK diajukan apabila memang ada novum atau bukti baru. Saya kira perjuangan mencari keadilan ini harus terus dilakukan,” tuturnya.

Selain itu, tidak tepat statemen yang menyebutkan jika sudah ditetapkan pengadilan bersalah, maka ia bersalah. Menurut Suparji, sangat mungkin ada kekeliruan dalam sebuah proses hukum oleh Pengadilan.

“Kita hormati putusan hakim, namun bukan berarti putusan tersebut sepenuhnya benar dan tidak bisa dieksaminasi. Karena banyak putusan-putusan di Indonesia, bahkan di luar negeri yang menyebut terdakwa salah. Lalu ternyata beberapa saat kemudian pelaku sebenarnya mengaku,” paparnya.

Oleh sebab itu, lanjut Suparji, realitas yang kita saksikan hari ini harus diperjuangkan. Jangan sampai, seorang anak bangsa yang sebenarnya korban dari kekuasaan dibiarkan terpuruk dengan tuduhan yang tidak berdasar.

Sahabat Anas Urbaningrum, Gede Pasek Suardika mengungkapkan fakta-fakta mencenggangkan terkait kasus yang menjerat kawannya. Misalnya adanya peristiwa pelemparan telur ketika Anas hendak dibawa ke Lapas Sukamiskin.

“Saat itu ada adegan lempar telur. Saya kena cipratannya, dan setelah ditelusuri ternyata dia ada yang menyuruh. Artinya ini settingan. Orang tadi dihadirkan untuk adegan lempar telur,” kata Gede dalam diskusi “Halaman Pertama Anas Urbaningrum: Sumpah Monas, Tantangan Mubahalah dan Proyek-proyek Lainnya”.

Bahkan, ada upaya meracuni Anas Urbaningrum ketika sedang di Lapas. Gede mengklaim memegang bukti pengakuan dari terduga pelaku itu.

“Jadi ada upaya agar mas Anas ini diracun ketika di Sukamiskin. Saya pegang pengakuan tertulis dari yang melakukan itu. Entah benar atau salah, yang jelas saya pegang bukti pengakuannya,” tuturnya.

Ia juga memaparkan pergulatan internal Demokrat saat kasus itu diangkat. Gede menyebut menerima PAW (Pergantian Antar Waktu) ketika mengadvokasi Anas. Namun, PAW tersebut dibatalkan karena ada somasi terhadap anak SBY, Ibas Yudhoyono.

“Saya dipanggil pak SBY, awalnya ke istana presiden Jakarta. Namun karena ada wartawan, saya dipanggil ke istana Bogor. Di sana, saya ditanya kenapa mensomasi Ibas. Saya jawab karena mas Ibas tanda tangan pemecatan saya,” tuturnya.

“Akhirnya karena ada jalan tengah, PAW tersebut dibatalkan. Surat pemecatan dari Demokrat ke DPR dibatalkan,” sambungnya.

Ia lantas mengkritisi terkait dengan mobil toyota Harrier. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa mobil tersebut diberikan sebelum Anas menjadi anggota DPR.

“Jadi bagaimana bisa disebut grativikasi? Ini cukup aneh. Artinya memang Anies dibunuh secara politik, karena tidak mungkin dimatikan secara fisik. Kalau perlu nanti kita ada diskusi dengan pihak-pihak yang dulu terlibat dalam ‘pembunuhan’ ini agar masyarakat tercerahkan,” pungkasnya. (Tfk)
