Acara Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC), Selasa malam (29/8/2017), mulai memperjelas siapa “Saracen” dan apa tujuan pemunculan nama akun medsos ini.

Saya memperkirakan, kasus yang dibangga-banggakan para politisi dan komentator yang biasanya disebut “orang sebelah” oleh para netizen yang kritis terhadap penguasa itu, seharusnya kolaps. Tidak bisa dilanjutkan.

Sebab, dua tersangka kunci “Saracen” yaitu Jasriadi dan Sri Rahayu Ningsih, dengan tegas, jelas, gamblang dan dalam rangkaian jawaban yang meluncur secara natural di acara ILC itu mengatakan bahwa mereka tidak kenal dengan semua orang penting yang, kata kepolisian, ada dalam struktur kepengurusan “Saracen”.

Salah satu berita dan laporan media yang sangat intensif terkait dengan “Saracen” ialah keterlibatan “tokoh senior” dalam struktur “organisasi Saracen” yang, menurut penjelasan tersangka, Jasriadi, sama sekali tidak pernah ada. Banyak orang yang menduga-duga bahwa “tokoh senior” itu adalah Prabowo Subianto.
“Saya tidak pernah bertemu Bapak Prabowo dan saya tidak pernah komunikasi dengan Bapak Prabowo,” kata Jasriadi, tersangka “Saracen”, yaitu akun media online yang dituduh menerima pesanan untuk membuat dan mendistribusikan berita yang berisi ujaran kebencian. Dia juga mengatakan tidak kenal dengan purnawirawan tentara yang berpangkat mayor jenderal, Ampi Tanudjiwa. Dan, Jasriadi juga tidak tahu Eggy Sudjana.

“Struktur itu hanya wacana,” kata Jasriadi. Itu diusulkan seorang temannya. Dia bahkan menyebut usul itu ilegal dan abal-abal (palsu). “Saracen itu organisasinya tidak ada. Yang sekarang ini beredar, itu dibesar-besarkan. Seolah-olah kita mengorganisasikan sindikat, entah bagaimana…, Saya tidak tahu,” kata Jasriadi.

Tersangka lainnya, Sri Rahayu Ningsih (SRN), juga diberi kesempatan berbicara dalam siaran live (langsung) ILC itu.

Dalam kesempatan ini, SRN menegaskan dia tidak terlibat sama sekali dengan Saracen. Dia menggambarkan adanya pembingkaian (framing) yang dilakukan oleh MetroTV ketika dia diwawancara oleh stasiun televisi itu.

Framing yang dimaksudkan oleh SRN itu adalah ketika pewawancara MetroTV berusaha menggiring agar SRN mengakui dia kenal dengan Mayjen (Purn) Kivlan Zein (KZ) yang dikatakan ada di dalam struktur organisasi Saracen. SRN mengatakan, walaupun pernah bertemu dengan KZ tetapi dia tidak pernah kenal dengan mantan perwira tinggi itu.
SRN mengatakan di ILC bahwa MetroTV itu mewancarai dia seolah lebih “galak” lagi dari interogasi polisi. Dalam acara ini, SRN mempermalukan MetroTV degan telak sebagai media yang ingin meggiring dan memaksakan opini.

Selama ini, banyak pihak yang memandang MetroTV sebagai media yang menjalankan agenda yang sifatnya anti- terhadap satu kelompok. Sebaliknya membela kelompok lain. Memiliki agenda untuk membela penguasa.

Dan, banyak netizen yang mengaku bahwa mereka tidak lagi membuka atau menonton stasiun TV yang menyediakan program berita berbahasa Mandarin (Xin Wen) itu. Mereka mengaku kecewa terhadap MetroTV yang mereka rasakan “tidak suka” terhadap Islam dan umat Islam.

Kembali ke pembahasan “Saracen” di ILC. Menurut hemat saya, berdasarkan penjelasan, komentar dan pernyataan yang muncul dari para narasumber yang berasal dari “both sides of the story” (kedua pihak), “Saracen” adalah sebuah kasus yang tampaknya sengaja dimunculkan untuk tujuan tertentu. Tampak bahwa pihak yang berkuasa ingin menyudutkan seorang tokoh yang kemungkinan bisa kembali muncul sebagai lawan tanding kelas berat di Pipers 2019.

Untuk saat ini, rata-rata orang hampir pasti akan teringat pada Prabowo Subianto bila mendengar sebutan “lawan tanding kelas berat” di tahun 2019 nanti. Tetapi, apakah pemunculan “Saracen” bertujuan untuk demonisasi atau bahkan pembunuhan karakter (character assassination) terhadap Prabowo, sulit dijawab dengan pasti. Polisi mengatakan mereka sedang melakukan operasi untuk membongkar penyebaran berita hoax di medsos.
Namun, banyak orang yang percaya bahwa Prabowo adalah target utama untuk “dilumpuhkan” sejak sekarang.

Banyak pula orang yang mengeluhkan mengapa Pak Polisi sangat getol memburu pembuat dan penyebar hoax hanya dari pihak yang berseberangan dengan penguasa. Padahal, adalah juga fakta bahwa pembuat dan penyebar hoax justru sangat banyak di pihak yang bersimpati pada penguasa.

Terkait dengan ini, kutipan yang sangat tajam di acara ILC, malam tadi, kembali disampiakn oleh dosen ilmu filsafat UI, Rocky Gerung. Setelah di acara ILC (17/1/ 2017) dia mengatakan “pembuat hoax terbaik adalah penguasa”, Gerung kembali “pedas” malam tadi ketika dia menyinggung soal bagaimana solusi untuk meredam hoax.
Gerung mengatakan, “Naikkan IQ Anda, hoax akan turun.”

Ucapan ini bermakna bahwa pihak yang berkuasa tidak memiliki kemampuan (kapabilitas) yang memadai untuk menjalankan pemerintahan. Ada orang penting di pemerintahan yang ber-IQ rendah.
