Sepuluh Jabatan Kades di Temanggung Lowong

TEMANGGUNG – Sepuluh jabatan kepala desa (kades) di Kabupaten Temanggung saat ini mengalami kekosongan. Sebagai ganti pelaksana tugas sementara, Pemkab berencana baru akan menggelar pemilihan kepala desa (pilkades) serentak pada akhir 2018 mendatang.

Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Pemerintahan Desa Setda, Ramadlan, menjelaskan, kekosongan sendiri disebabkan oleh berbagai hal. Seperti, masa jabatan yang telah habis, yang bersangkutan mengundurkan diri, diberhentikan, ataupun karena meninggal dunia.

Terakhir, lanjutnya kekosongan itu terjadi untuk jabatan Kades Kedu (Kecamatan Kedu) yang meninggal dunia. Selain itu, dengan alasan yang sama kekosongan juga terjadi di Desa Lowongu (Kecamatan Bejen), Gandon (Kecamatan Kaloran, dan Kecamatan Sunggingsari (Kecamatan Parakan).

Selanjutnya jabatan kades yang lowong karena pejabatnya mengundurkan diri adalah di Desa Tembarak (Kecamatan Tembarak), kemudian untuk yang kosong lantaran penjabatnya diberhentikan setelah dinyatakan bersalah melakukan perbuatan yang melanggar hukum oleh pengadilan, ialah Kades Semen (Kecamatan Wonoboyo).

Terakhir terdapat empat jabatan kades yang lowong karena periode jabatannya telah berakhir pada Maret 2017 lalu. Yakni, Kades Wonotirto (Kecamatan Bulu), Kades Kertosari (Kecamatan Jumo), Kades Ketitang (Kecamatan Jumo), dan Kades Larangan (Kecamatan Tretep).   

“Untuk tugas kades sehari-hari di desa yang pejabatnya kosong tersebut, kami telah mengangkat pelaksana tugas kades. Mereka tak lain merupakan pejabat kecamatan di wilayah desa bersangkutan berada,” jelasnya, Senin (27/11).

Ramadlan menuturkan, guna mengisi jabatan kades yang kosong dengan pejabat definitif, pemkab bekerjasama dengan pemerintah desa bersangkutan berencana menggelar Pilkades serentak pada akhir 2018 nanti.

Pilkades itu sekaligus juga untuk mengisi jabatan kades yang kosong dalam waktu akhir 2017 hingga 2018. Terlebih, pada Desember 2017 hingga Oktober 2018 nanti, setidaknya terdapat tiga kades yang akan berakhir masa jabatannya. Ketiganya, adalah Kades Katekan (Kecamatan Ngadirejo), Kades Malebo (Kecamatan Kandangan), dan Kades Tegalrejo (Kecamatan Ngadirejo).

“Rencana kami, Pilkades akan digelar pada bulan Desember, yakni setelah diselenggarakannya Pilkada Temanggung dan Jateng pada Juni 2018,” pungkasnya. (van)
