KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA –  Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Polpum) Kemendagri, Didi Sudiana, SE, MM., membuka dengan resmi Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Inter Kementrian/Lembaga Dalam Rangka Penanganan Konflik Sosial (PKS) di Hotel Aryaduta, Jakarta, Kamis (31/8/2017).

FGD Penanganan Konflik Sosial ini menghadirkan pembicara dari Asistsen Deputi Koordinasi Penanganan Konflik dan Keamanan Transportasi Kemenkopolhukam, Drs. Bambang Sugeng, SH., dan Asistsen Deputi Penanganan Konflik Sosial Kemenkopolhukam, Ponco R. Nugroho.

Dalam sambutannya, Sesditjen mengatakan perlu penguatan dan peningkatan Tim Terpandu di tingkat nasional agar mempunyai visi yang sama dalam mensupport penanganan konflik di daerah kab/kota.

Sesditjen meminta seluruh tim terpadu penanganan konflik sosial dari Kementrian/Lembaga (K/L) untuk terus melihat perkembangan dinamika di daerah.

“Dari Focus Group Discussion ini Direktur Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintah Umum (Dirjen Polpum) Kemendagri  berharap akan tercipta koordinasi, sinergi dan komunikasi dalam Penanganan Konflik Sosial di daerah Kabupaten/Kota),” ujar Didi Sudiana.

Tim Terpadu Penanganan Konflik Sosial di tingkat pusat telah terbentuk berdasarkan Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 tentang Penanganan Konflik Sosial. Tim Terpadu ini diharapkan lebih banyak melakukan pencegahan konflik sosial baik di tingkat lokal mapun regional.

Dengan adanya tim terpadu, Sesditjen berharap segala bentuk konflik yang terjadi di daerah dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat. Maka dari itu, kepala daerah diminta untuk berperan aktif dalam menjaga stabilitas yang ada di daerah.

Dia juga menyebutkan dalam kaitannya dengan agenda politik 2018-2019, Sesditjen meminta masukan dari K/L dalam rangka tercipta kestabilan nasional.

“Pilkada 117 kabupaten/kota harus kita sukseskan. Jika ada masalah terkait gangguan stabilitas di daerah maka hal itu akan berpengaruh pada proses Pilkada 2018-2019,” ujarnya.

Dalam paparannya, Sesditjen menjelaskan beberapa faktor yang turut serta mewarnai dinamika kehidupan sosial politik dan keamanan yang memicu terjadinya konflik sosial yang mengakibatkan terganggunya stabilitas nasional dan terhambatnya pembangunan nasional. Faktornya yaitu:

  1. Meningkatnya aktivitas kelompok Islam Fundamentalis
  2. Provokasi propaganda negativ, penyebaran beria bohong/ Hoax
  3. Wacana mengusung kembali ke UUD 45 asli
  4. Perilaku intolerir dan anti kebhinekaan
  5. Gerakan OPM.
  6. FGD menghasilan rekomendasi.

Sesditjen memahami, bahwa saat ini Tim Terpadu masih terus meningkatan sinerginya dalam rangka pencegahan masalah PKS dan stabilitas.

Dia mencontohkan, terkait isu hatespeech yang menimbulkan intolerasi dan kebencial sosial, dia bersyukur teman-teman di kepolisian sudah berhasil menangani masalah  itu dengan cepat.  (Zul/Foto: Sony)
