Sesuai Target, Kemendagri Berikan Jawa Tengah Apresiasi atas Kegiatan Dana Alokasi Khusus di Provinsi

JAKARTA – Kemendagri melalui Direktorat Jenderal Bina Pembangunan Daerah mengapresiasi Provinsi dan Kab/Kota se-Jawa Tengah atas penyerapan anggaran Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) yang rata-rata sudah di atas 80%.

Hal ini disampaikan dalam Rapat Koordinasi Evaluasi Pelaksanan Kegiatan DAK 2022 di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun Anggaran (TA.) 2022 dan Percepatan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan DAK di Provinsi Jawa Tengah TA. 2023 oleh Sekretaris Ditjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah, Sri Purwaningsih, SH., MAP., yang akrab disapa Nining, pada hari Kamis (16/2/2023).

Pernyataan tersebut disambut baik oleh Kepala Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Endi Faiz Effendi, SPi., MA,. Menurut Endi, pengawalan percepatan pelaksanaan kegiatan DAK semestinya dikerjakan lebih intensif dan dimulai sejak dini untuk memastikan pekerjaan selesai tepat waktu dan berkualitas.

Endi lalu merinci, “Capaian Pelaksanaan DAK Fisik TA. 2022 Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebesar 98,99% untuk capaian fisik dan capaian realisasi keuangan sebesar 86.88%. Sedangkan, untuk capaian Pelaksanaan DAK Fisik TA. 2022 Kab/Kota se- Jawa Tengah sebesar 95,69% untuk capaian fisik dan capaian realisasi keuangan sebesar 88,114%. Untuk Capaian Pelaksanaan DAK Non Fisik TA. 2022 Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah mencapai 100% untuk capaian fisik dan capaian realisasi keuangan sebesar 95,63%.”

“Peran Kementerian Dalam Negeri Dalam Pengelolaan DAK diantaranya yaitu melakukan Verifikasi Usulan, Pemantauan, dan Evaluasi Dana Transfer Khusus. Sementara itu, pemerintah daerah bertugas melakukan pengusulan, verifikasi, penetapan rencana kegiatan, pelaporan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi kegiatan Dana Transfer Khusus. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, diharapkan agar dalam proses pengusulan kedepan, pemerintah daerah melakukan penguatan koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi atas usulan DAK provinsi dan kabupaten/kota,” Nining menambahkan.

Forum Koordinasi Evaluasi Pelaksanaan DAK ini juga menjadi sangat penting untuk memperoleh masukan, guna penyempurnaan pelaksanaan kegiatan DAK di tahun berikutnya. Selain itu, Kemendagri juga mendorong agar perangkat daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah memperkuat koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan DAK yang menjadi Program Prioritas Nasional.

Acara ini dihadiri perwakilan daerah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah serta dihadiri oleh Kabid Anggaran BPKAD Provinsi, perwakilan Bappeda Provinsi, Kasubag Perencanaan Biro APBJ, serta Analis Keuangan Pusat – Daerah pada BPKAD Provinsi.
