*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Ketua Umum Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) dan Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar Bambang Soesatyo mengapresiasi langkah komunitas otomotif Morgan Sport Car Club Indonesia (MSCCI) yang mengisi kegiatan bulan suci Ramadhan dengan melakukan berbagai kegiatan positif, seperti silaturahmi Ramadhan untuk merekatkan ikatan soliditas dan solidaritas organisasi.

Kehadiran kendaraan Morgan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2021, melalui kerjasama TDA Luxury Toys dengan Morgan Motor Company, semakin menyemarakan industri kendaraan klasik luxury di Indonesia. Membuktikan bahwa perekonomian nasional semakin membaik, karena pangsa pasar kendaraan luxury masih mendapatkan tempat di masyarakat.

“Morgan merupakan kendaraan yang berkarakter. Bertema klasik namun tetap ada nuansa modern, karena didukung mesin dan teknologi mutakhir, serta penampilan luarnya yang trendy. Jumlah produksi kendaraannya yang limited, menjadikan keberadaannya semakin berkelas dan bernilai tinggi. Memilikinya bukan semata untuk hobi, melainkan juga bisa untuk investasi,” ujar Bamsoet usai menghadiri Silaturahmi Ramadhan Morgan Sport Car Club Indonesia, di Kota Tua Jakarta, Sabtu (15/4/23).

Hadir dari Morgan Sports Car Club Indonesia antara lain President Club Albert Maknawi, Vice President Andi Zulkarnaen, 2nd Vice President Sandy KM, dan Sekretaris Jenderal Welly Tjandra. Hadir pula Ketua IMI Bali Ajik Krisna, Pembina IMI Robert Kardinal dan Wakil Ketua Umum IMI Junaedi Elvis.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, tidak salah memiliki hobi mengoleksi kendaraan luxury. Karena hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari motivasi diri untuk terus bekerja keras. Namun penting untuk diingat, selain menyenangkan diri sendiri, juga tidak boleh lupa membantu saudara sebangsa yang sedang mengalami kesulitan.

“Sebagai warga negara yang secara ekonomi lebih beruntung dari warga kebanyakan, maka wajib bagi para penggemar otomotif untuk memiliki budaya berbagi dan bergotong royong untuk membantu warga masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Hal ini secara konsisten telah dilakukan oleh MSCCI,” jelas Bamsoet.

Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar dan Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menerangkan, karena jumlah kendaraan Morgan yang terbatas, menjadikan keanggotaan komunitas MSCCI juga tidak terlalu besar. Sehingga lebih mudah merekatkan soliditas dan solidaritas antar sesama anggota MSCCI.

“Dalam konteks kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, semangat kebersamaan yang dibangun komunitas klub otomotif adalah manifestasi dari nilai kebangsaan yang telah, sedang, dan akan terus kita bangun dan perjuangkan. Hal tersebut sangat penting, karena ke depan, perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi akan mengubah paradigma, dinamika, dan kompleksitas berbagai tantangan kebangsaan yang akan kita hadapi,” pungkas Bamsoet.
