Hadir dalam kesempatan ini Ketua B2P3 /Presiden FBP3 Jamaludin Suryahadikusuma, Sekretaris B2P3 /Sekjen FBP3 Hariman Siregar, SH., MH., Ketua Umum SPMI Ahmad Faisol dan Sekretaris Umum Fathan, Waketum Eko Pranoto, Waketum Usolli Siringo, unsur ketua bidang, wakil sekretaris, PW SPMI-PP Banten Panca bersama jajaran Kabupaten /Kota wilayah Banten, wakil SPMI-PP Cirebon dan lain-lain.

 

 

Ketua Umum SPMI-PP Ahmad Faisol, SE menyatakan SPMI-PP meskipun usianya baru tahun pertama, belum genap 1tahun, tapi kita perlu bersyukur aktivitas sudah nyata berkibar dimana-mana, bahkan di Arab Saudi pun intens membantu persoalan yang dihadapi PMI.
Pengurus SPMI-PP dimanapun berada perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas diri, agar semakin banyak aktivitas positif yang bisa dilakukan.
Tentu bukan itu saja cukup, pengurus perlu terus meningkatkan kemampuan dan kinerja agar nasib PMI bisa terus menerus diperjuangkan.

Selain itu, ini juga strategis kedepannya, secara politis BP2MI layak untuk terus dipegang tokoh kita. Tentu, bang Jamal pantas setidaknya pada posisi itu, terlebih jika bisa menjadi DPRRI yang membidangi komisi itu.

 

Selanjutnya, Ketua B2P3 /Presiden FBP3 Jamaludin Suryahadikusuma kembali menegaskan bahwa pengurus SPMI-PP penting dibekali pemahaman hukum dengan mengikuti pelatihan paralegal sehingga bisa membantu PMI saat mengalami permasalahan. Disamping tentu berfungsi menjadi pusat informasi terkait ketenagakerjaan migran. Dengan demikian cepat tanggap memberikan jawaban akurat disaat masyarakat memerlukan informasi.
“Kedepannya penting bagi kita memiliki Balai Latihan Kerja disamping mengoptimalkan BLK milik pemerintah, untuk menyiapkan CPMI yang benar-benar siap sebelum berangkat ke tujuan. Siap keahlian, mentalitas maupun kesehatan tentunya,” kata Jamal.
Lanjutnya, tujuannya untuk meminimalkan resiko pekerjaan yang akan dihadapi.
Penting juga memaksimalkan penyiapan pembekalan CPMI, minimal penguasaan bahasa, agar mampu bersaing seperti tenaga kerja dari Philipina. Mereka mampu menghasilkan devisa 600T pertahun sebagai bukti keseriusan negaranya, sementara Indonesia baru mencapai 149 T pertahun.
Sementara itu Ketua Perkaderan MPN Pemuda Pancasila Habib Yahya, SE menyampaikan selain mengapresiasi kinerja SPMI-PP bentukan B2P3, berpesan pentingnya menata hubungan keorganisasian antara SPMI-PP ataupun Serikat lainnya yang dibentuk, B2P3 /SBP3 guna menjaga kesinambungan kepengurusan. Sebab tentu kedepan akan selalu terjadi rasionalisasi, agar jangan sampai terjadi misorganisatoris akibat ketidakpahaman. Tentu sebagai langkah awal, anggota Pemuda Pancasila perlu membekali diri mengikuti perkaderan formal kapan saja ada penyelenggaraan.

 

Sementara disela acara, Sekretaris Umum SPMI-PP Fathan menjelaskan sebagai tambahan yang sudah disampaikan Ketua Umum bahwa dalam waktu dekat akan menginput keanggotaan, menerbitkan kartu pengenal anggota (KPA) yang akan didampingkan seiring rekrutmen anggota Pemuda Pancasila melalui penerbitan KTA.
