Surat tertanggal 04 April 2023, setelah PW SPMI-PP Provinsi Banten mendapat kuasa dari Sakum Tobi dengan nomor 001/SKK.01/SPMI-PP/III/2023 tertanggal 17 Maret 2023 dalam hal ini bertindak untuk dan atas nama diri sendiri dan istrinya yang Bernama Nawiyah Bt. Wawi, perempuan, lahir di Serang, 06 Oktober 1979, NIK .3604 1345 5107 90001, sebagai Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Erbil Irak ini menyampaikan Isi somasi pertama dan terakhir kepada Jopan/Opan (Sponsor) dan juga sekaligus agen penempatan yang beralamat di Kampung Langgaran RT.001/ RW. 002, Desa Unyur,
Kecamatan Serang,
atas permasalahan yang dihadapi PMI berdasarkan pengaduannya bahwa ;
1. Bahwa PMI Bernama Nawiyah Bt Wawi diberangkatkan ke negara Erbil Irak yg bukan negara penempatan PMI khususnya pekerja rumah tangga, awalnya dia tidak mengetahui ditempatkan di Erbil sebelumnya transit di Malaysia dan ini terindikasi diberangkatkan secara unprosedural.
2. Selama bekerja gajinya tidak diberikan secara langsung akan tetapi melalui agency selanjutnya agency selalu menahan gajinya dari total terhitung kurang lebih 8 bulan tertahan.
3. Sekarang kondisi sakit dan tidak sanggup lagi untuk bekerja, sewaktu masih di Indonesia kondisi pmi tsbt sudah tuli / tuna rungu akan tetapi saudara Jopan tetap memaksakan untuk berangkat. Ini perlu dipertanyakan proses medikal.
5. Dan lebih parah lagi data identitas di palsukan tahun kelahirannya di mudakan tidak sesuai KTP.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas, demi kepentingan dan keadilan bagi PMI sebagaimana dijelaskan di atas, meminta agar Saudara Jopan alias Opan untuk bertanggung jawab memulangkan PMI tersebut ke Indonesia.
SPMI-PP Provinsi Banten memberikan waktu 3 hari untuk merespon, namun sampai dengan hari ini tidak ada tanggapan sama sekali sebagai niat baik untuk mempertanggungjawabkan masalahnya.
“Oleh karena itu dalam waktu dekat akan segera dilaporkan ke pihak yang berwajib (POLDA BANTEN)”, ujar Muhammad Habuddin, Ketua PW SPMI-PP Provinsi Banten kepada suarakita.id.
Lanjut Habuddin, bahwa ini masalah serius nasib anak bangsa apalagi ditempatkan di negara konplik. Jangan sampai terkesan hanya mencari keuntungan sendiri tanpa memikirkan nasib sesama anak bangsa.(ibra/her)
