*JAKARTA* – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar Bambang Soesatyo mengajak para Puteri Otonomi Indonesia 2023 turut mengembangkan pembangunan desa melalui program Desa Wisata Agro (Dewa), Desa Wisata Industri (Dewi) dan Desa Digital (Dedi). Program Desa Wisata Agro, Desa Wisata Industri dan Desa Digital digagas oleh Wakil Presiden KH Ma’ruf Amin. Melalui pemberdayaan desa diharapkan dapat mengurangi kesenjangan pembangunan antara kota dan desa.

“Dalam APBN 2023, Presiden Joko Widodo telah mengalokasikan dana desa mencapai Rp 70 triliun untuk 74.954 desa di 434 kabupaten/kota. Setiap desa bisa mendapatkan dana desa lebih dari Rp 1 miliar. Para Puteri Otonomi Indonesia harus mampu mensosialisasikan agar pemanfaatan dana desa dimaksimalkan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat desa,” ujar Bamsoet saat menerima para Puteri Otonomi Indonesia 2023 di Jakarta, Rabu (28/6/23).

Hadir antara lain Puteri Otonomi Indonesia 2023 Elisha Gabriell, Runner Up 1 Puteri Otonomi Indonesia Karina Moudy, Puteri Otonomi Indonesia Duta Anti Narkoba Octava Mahmuda, Puteri Otonomi Indonesia Duta Energi Terbarukan Dinda Rahmadani, Puteri Otonomi Indonesia Duta Empat Pilar Kebangsaan Sanggia Nur, Puteri Otonomi Indonesia Duta Olahraga Tjokorda Istri A.D.P, Puteri Otonomi Indonesia Duta Rupiah Geok Mengwan serta Direktur Eksekutif APKASI Sarman Simanjorang.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, di desa terdapat banyak kekayaan alam yang berlimpah. Seperti nikel, batu bara, emas, timah, hingga gas. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak masyarakat di desa yang hidup dalam garis kemiskinan.

“Masa depan Indonesia sebenarnya ada di perdesaan. Sehingga kemakmuran desa harus diupayakan agar mampu bersaing dengan perkotaan. Kekayaan alam yang berlimpah di desa, harus benar-benar dirasakan manfaatnya bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat desa,” kata Bamsoet.

Ketua Dewan Pembina Depinas SOKSI dan Kepala Badan Hubungan Penegakan Hukum, Pertahanan dan Keamanan KADIN Indonesia ini menambahkan, apabila dana desa dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif, maka timbul perputaran ekonomi di desa dan desa akan berkembang. Dengan begitu, masyarakat desa tidak perlu mengadu nasib ke kota dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan.

“Slogan tinggal di desa, rezeki kota, bisnisnya mendunia, akan menjadi tren dalam menurunkan laju urbanisasi. Menjadi magnet yang akan menarik minat generasi muda untuk kembali ke desa, membangun daerahnya, dan mengoptimalkan berbagai potensi dan peluang,” pungkas Bamsoet. (*)
