KESBANG.COM, JAKARTA – Dalam mendukung upaya pemberantasan korupsi di lingkungan internal Mahkamah Agung setelah terjadinya operasi tangkap tangan yang melibatkan Panitera Pengganti beberapa waktu lalu. Pihak MA melalui Badan Pengawas MA telah membentuk tim investigasi internal untuk menindak lanjuti temuan awal KPK terkait kasus OTT tersebut.

Adanya dugaan bahwa tersangka Panitera Pengganti tidak bermain sendiri dan memiliki kaitan dalam sistem pengadilan terus di dalami oleh pihak MA. Juru bicara MA Suhadi menyatakan bahwa upaya pemanggilan hakim yang menangani kasus berkaitan dengan OTT kemarin menjadi tugas dari badan pengawas.

“Rekomendasi untuk pemanggilan hakim itu sudah ada, dan memang sudah dibentuk timnya,” terang Suhadi di Jakarta, Minggu (27/8/17).

Dirinya menjelaskan bahwa tim tersebut bukan hanya ditujukan untuk pemanggian hakim yang terkait kasus dalam OTT. Namun tim tersebut juga menyelidiki pengembangan dari kasus tersebut untuk semua pihak yang terlibat atau terkait dalam kasus, termasuk salah satunya mungkin termasuk majelis hakim.

Tim tersebut adalah tim internal dari badan pengawas MA yang mana anggota pengawas nya lebih dari 30 orang. Suhadi menjelaskan bahwa tim tersebut bekerja terpisah dari KPK dan bukan merupakan tim gabungan dengan KPK.

“Sebab kalau penyelidik penyelidik itu tidak boleh campur tangan dengan tugas beliau. Tim ini dari segi ketentuan disiplin pegawai dan pengawas dan kode etik kalau ke hakim,” terang Suhadi.

Meski belum mengetahui berapa lama masa tugas dari tim tersebut, namun dirinya meyakini secara rinci hal tersebut ada dalam SK dari Badan Pengawas MA. Dirinya juga memastikan bahwa nantinya hasil temuan investigasi dari tim tersebut tidak hanya untuk pihak internal MA.

“Saya kira itu (hasil nya) akan diumumkan untuk publik nantinya untuk hasil investigasinya,” pungkas Suhadi.

MA kembali menjadi sorotan setelah terjaringnya panitera pengganti PN Jakarta Selatan Tarmizi (TMZ) dalam OTT yang dilakukan oleh KPK. Dalam operasi tersebut KPK menangkap kuasa hukum PT Aquamarine Divindo Inspection (ADI) Akhmad Zaini (AKZ) yang diduga memberikan suap sebesar Rp 425 juta kepada TMZ untuk mengamankan perkara perdata gugatan PT Eastren Jason Fabrication Service Pte, Ltd (EJFS) selaku penggugat terhadap PT ADI selaku tergugat ditolak.
