Therene Roten Penumpang Batik Air Kecewa, Koper dan Bagasi dari Bandara Changi Menuju Jakarta Lenyap

Jakarta – Seorang penumpang perempuan bernama Therene Roten kehilangan koper saat perjalanan naik pesawat Batik Air JT ID7158 dari Bandara Changi Singapura menuju Bandara Cengkareng Jakarta. Kejadian ini terjadi, Jumat malam (30/1/2023). Selain Theren Roten hampir sekitar 3/4 penumpang lain juga kehilangan koper bersamaan.

Kejadian ini berdasarkan informasi langsung dari Theren sapaan akrabnya kepada media, Sabtu (1/7/2023) di Jakarta. Ia mengatakan, sempat menanyakan kepada pihak Batik Air yang di Bandara Cengkareng Jakarta, namun para petugas bilang tidak tahu kemana.

“Saya kecewa banget sama Batik Air. Saya kehilangan koper dalam perjalanan dari Bandara Changi Singapura ke Bandara Cengkareng Jakarta. Saat saya tanya kemana koper tersebut, tidak ada yang tahu,” kata Therene dengan suara sedih.

Saat ini Therene dan penumpang lain sudah mengurus Property Irregularity Report (PIR) ke pihak Bandara Internasional Cengkareng Jakarta. Pihaknya diminta menunggu kabar dalam 1 jam kedepan, namun sampai detik ini belum ada kabar dan terus menunggu.

“Kok bisa penerbangan kelas internasional terjadi kekacauan dan banyak koper yang tertinggal atau nyasar ke tempat lain. Kami minta segera dalam waktu 2 x 24 jam untuk bisa dikembalikan dan pihak Batik Air minta maaf secara terbuka,” pungkasnya.

Sementara itu pihak layanan Call Center Batik Air belum bisa dihubungi. Apabila ada hak jawab atau komfirmasi Batik Air terkait kasus ini bisa konfirmasi ke no 082310417038 sebagai penyeimbang informasi. (red)
